Port St. Joe was such a wonderful small town with many more restaurants and shops than we expected. The house was beautiful, I wish we would have realized that the "beach" was not swimmable. It was extremely rocky and not the type of beach you can swim at and enjoy all day, that being said we found multiple close by beaches to enjoy, it was just a haul with all of our stuff which we were not anticipating.

Overall satisfaction with the house. Pool was unusable for the first two days due to no maintenance. Very frustrated with that process as we were told it was an after hour request and would take a day to get someone out to the house. Well all check in day request will be after hours with a 5:00 PM check in.Grill was broken and maintenance came out to check. Told us they would be back to fix in the afternoon and never showed back up. So we had hamburgers and hot dogs to grill but no grill to use. We also were not left any wristbands to use the community pool while the house pool was being fixed. The washer and dryer in the house did not work. The communication with the agency was not great as we had to call them back multiple times for updates. Still waiting on the call back on the grill issue. Port St Joe is beautiful and I highly recommend the location however I would not recommend Cape and Coast Rentals.

10 days of sun and fun in a great house.

The property was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and everyone enjoyed it very much. I was glad there was a pool as the beach was very rocky. The elevator never worked and maintenance came twice to rescue us. They did come right away and I found the response from management was very prompt. Overall, the home is beautiful and our family had a wonderful time. We are already thinking about next year’s getaway and will be looking at Vrbo for another beautiful property!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay relaxing on the private beach, by the pool, and sitting on one of the decks looking at the ocean. I highly recommend renting beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. We added bikes for short rides to Windmark beach and the old highway along the coastline. The house was beautiful and property management is very responsive. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and inviting. It had everything that we needed. If you are looking for a little slice of beach to have alone -- this is your place. I would highly recommend this location to those traveling with families. We just wished the weather would have been a little better!
