What a great experience and get away location. Tucked away in the trees with easy access to the lake and everything you could ever want in a friendly town. The covered porch was a perfect place to enjoy a cool morning coffee and changing leaves. We look forward to coming back. The house is decorated for comfort and was staged to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable. A great way to enjoy a froendly and beautiful state. MH

This little cottage was such a sweet surprise when we arrived! The lighting on the porch was so welcoming! The cottage is so pleasing to the senses, I loved the decorating and colors are bright and happy! The cottage was perfectly clean and every detail was thought of! Our pup was happy too! This is an adorable cottage nestled in the woods. Plenty of privacy, adorable furnishing and very comfortable.

I have rented numerous properties through VRBO and this was one of best equipped place I have stayed. We got in late and the light was on and there were wonderful snacks. It is a very cute cabin. The owner is very quick to respond to inquiries. The internet is true high speed. We were in the area for a alumni banquet and decoration day. Several family members came by the cabin and they were all envious of the cabin. I hate to write a great review because we want to come back and I do not want it to be booked. It is an adorable cabin in a very quiet area. Thank you Toni for sharing your cabin with us.

Wonderful little home close to all Clinton has to offer. The main thing being Greers Ferry Lake. Well laid out home perfect for the two of us.

Perfect place! Host was quick responding to messages & friendly, but not intrusive. Place was clean and nicely remodeled and decorated. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Highly recommend!

Toni was great to deal with. Super responsive to all questions. The cottage was adorable. Set back in the trees down a quiet dirt road. The huge front porch with a swing was the thing that captured me. I just sat out there and read the day away. The interior is clean and very well decorated. Every amenity was thought of. Lovely choice of coffees and snacks. Great little kitchen and fridge. We didn't find ice trays but improvised with muffin tin ice cubes. The bed was comfortable. It is a metal frame however so be prepared for the noises that come along with those. Plenty of Wi-Fi and streaming if your a TV watcher. The stay is just what I needed to recharge! It's close to the lake, close to some great flea markets and within driving distance to Conway, AR if you need a bigger town for something. We will bring our Westie puppy next time! Would HIGHLY recommend and we will be back!
