Wonderful place. Comfortable and well stocked. Had question for owner and she got back to me immediately even though she was out of country. Took my daughter to visit UW and location was good. Great restaurants around. If she chooses to go to school there I’ll use this home again. Thank you.

Thanks for a great 4 day weekend. This comfortable and cozy townhouse had everything we needed for a great stay. The views from the rooftop deck are magnificent. The owners attention to detail was very apparent making us feel like we were in a home away from home. The property and garage are well secured. The location is super great - less than 10 minutes from downtown Ballard where there are many great eateries and 15 minutes from Seattle waterfront and its surrounding areas. Lovely place to stay on a weekend trip! Short drive to downtown Seattle and the nearby area of Ballard has lots of shops and restaurants to explore. The property was beautiful!

Having a place with a full kitchen was fantastic. The rooftop could have used more cover from the rain, but it was nice to have the space and the view. Great location, short distance to a bunch of attractions and restaurants. Parking was tight but it was convenient having a dedicated spot. All of the amenities were top notch and as advertised. Very comfortable furnishings and big TV, too. The little touches - masks, robes, a drawer of miscellaneous charger cables - showed great attention to detail. Even the inclusion of a helpful picture in the check-in instructions was a nice touch. All in all, had a wonderful stay.

Such a beautiful modern townhouse with all the amenities you need and some that you didn’t know you needed. The townhouse was immaculate from top to bottom. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and they were always making sure that I had everything that I needed. Overall, this was an amazing stay. Will definitely be back next time I am in Seattle.

Excellent. Owner thought of all the meaningful touches. Using the TV was super easy, better than most. Comfortable. Immaculate. A 1/4 to 1/2 bath on the 1st floor would be most convenient. It’s a long way up the 15+ stairs through the upstairs bedroom, through closet area to the shower and toilet.

PROPERTY: What a beautiful property. Walking onto the property was like a little oasis. When you open the door it’s even better than the beautiful pictures. Property is super clean and has everything you could need… and this may sound silly but it means a lot to me as a traveler: the products aren’t cheap, generic, Dollar Tree products. They have REAL toilet paper, tissues, soap, etc. This means SO much to making travel more comfortable. Rooftop has a cute little sitting area too. COMMUNICATION was prompt and courteous. I dealt with Olga, and she was a doll. I had a special request for health reasons before coming to the property and she didn’t bat an eye to accommodate my needs. Every question I had she answered and was so polite and professional. LOCATION: Though it was not a deal breaker for us I feel it’s important to mention. This property is on a main road. If you are not used to city living the noise may catch you off guard. However, once again, the hosts take that into consideration too. They have darkening shades in the bedroom to block the light, individually wrapped ear plugs, individually wrapped eye mask, and a noise machine. They took EVERYTHING into consideration. If i had any ‘complaint’ about anything (which this is stretching it) is that the only bathroom is upstairs. So if you are watching TV or hanging out downstairs you have to go upstairs since there is no powder room downstairs. But that’s really not a problem. This is a gem of a property. Book it!

We really enjoyed staying at the house! The location was perfect. We found some great hidden gems for food and coffee. Yes, there is some road noise within the unit but it wasn’t a disturbance. They also provide ear plugs and a noise machine if needed. Olga was really responsive to any request or questions we had. We also took the bus down to the CPA and it was so convenient. Highly recommend the space!

The apartment was super clean and very well equipped. Very nice appliances and a roomy bathroom. The big TV in the living room was great. The weather didn’t cooperate during our stay so we didn’t get a chance to use the roof deck but it looked very nice. 15rh is a busy street and there is some traffic noise but the hosts provided some helpful things to mitigate the noise. The complex the unit is located in is also very clean and secure. It was very nice to have covered parking but as a previous poster noted, larger vehicles are not going to fit. We had a Toyota RAV4 and it just made it. Overall this is a great place for a couple to stay in the Ballard area.

Easy access to all the places we love to visit in Seattle. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhome in Seattle. Property was super clean, comfortable and well-stocked with thoughtful touches throughout. Quick, easy access to downtown, Ballard restaurants and shops and Discovery Park. Oh yeah, Un Bien is just 2 blocks away and it’s amazing. Is 15th Ave loud? Yup. It’s the city. But we still slept well each night. If you want peace and quiet, stay in the suburbs. Parking garage is tight just like every other garage in Seattle, so don’t rent a truck or huge SUV. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Everything was better than expected. The location is easy to find/easy to access. The property is beautiful and comfortable. The decor, cleanliness, and general attention to detail is far superior to that found at most rental properties. And the communication/instruction from the owner is perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts had really thought of everything with considerate items that we might need left in each area of the house. The noise from the road outside is quite loud, so just be aware of that if you are a light sleeper. I use ear plugs so I was fine! We had a car so we were able to reach other areas of Seattle easily. We were treated to a beautiful sunset over the mountains on the night of our arrival! Thanks for a lovely stay! :-)

My husband and I recently enjoyed a visit to Ballard. The nicely appointed and very comfortable unit was perfect for us. With great weather, we got to enjoy the roof top deck seeing sunsets and Mt. Rainier in the distance! Clean, comfortable and perfectly situated we look forward to staying in this unit again. Thank you!

Property was as advertised, clean, nicely decorated, good galley kitchen, plenty of tea and coffee choices. 15th Ave NW is a bit noisy at night, but still slept well. A single bath off the single bedroom. Locale was 1/2 mile from a relative, and I came to ride STP 2023. All good, responsive and accommodating host.

Very impressed with the size and all the little things that people can forget when traveling ie phone chargers! Thank you!! There are several. The giant 3d TV was fun, as well as the roof top patio with BBQ. I hope to stay there again soon. Thank you so much.

We were visiting relatives who live nearby. Beautiful comfortable apartment with everything we could need for our stay.

Super clean and cozy property, convenient location to downtown and outlying neighborhoods. Everything you could think of needing for comfort and in the kitchen is supplied. Bed is comfortable, light and bright rooms throughout. My literal only caveat would be for super light sleepers - the street noise is pretty loud from below early in AMs, even with white noise machine; but if you're able to wear them, the owner provides sleep masks for the brightness and ear plugs for the traffic! Would definitely stay here again!

Olga and Oli’s townhome in Ballard was the perfect Seattle retreat! We wanted to stay outside of downtown and as first time visitors to Seattle, Ballard was the perfect fit! The townhome was perfectly clean, decorated beautifully, and was well stocked with all the necessities for a perfect night in cooking meals after a long day exploring the city. The place was easy to access and was an easy drive to all the city has to offer. It was hard not to feel right at home! The rooftop provided the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the mountains while enjoying an adult beverage or two. The main road can be loud with all the traffic, but the place has all the tools you could need to get a great nights rest including the most comfortable bed, ear plugs, and sound machine (I suggest the ocean waves…but to each their own). We would stay here again and again! Cheers to them!

This rental was above and beyond our expectations! I stayed with my mom for a girls’ weekend away, and it was ideal for visiting all different parts of Seattle and the neighborhood itself was lovely with lots of great restaurants. Olga and Olessia were amazing hosts, and the place was stocked so well for the perfect stay. It was a little noisy from street noise, but totally worth it with a luxurious place to stay!

This place was amazing! The property and amenities alone sell this place. Would definitely book again in summer and for a longer stay to be able to fully utilize this space.

We really enjoyed our stay here, but there are a lot of stairs, even to access the apartment. The parking space is very small but really handy to have. One caveat: since the apartment faces a very busy 4-lane road, the traffic noise can be a lot. We loved all of the kitchen gadgets available, and the bathroom was lovely. We were able to walk to several spots, and it was so close to all of the downtown activities that it was very helpful. The beds were so comfortable and the deck was lovely to sit on in the mornings.

The modern clean condo was so thoughtfully equipped, fresh flowers, face masks, snacks, local coffee grinds, instruction binder to name a few. Olessia was very helpful. Love the HVAC, secure parking, and welcoming signage around the units. There are little restaurants you can walk to. Access into Seattle is easy.
