The house is very well organized. It is super equipped, clean, with a lot of calm spaces. Silent and perfect for work or just to relax. It is possible to have differentiated trust in the kitchen. Amazing. Staff is very helpful and open to requests.

Super comfortable beds, the kitchen was very complete, good outside space, Netflix was provided!

The pillows were not so comfortable, the toilet seat was not perfectly clean when we arrived. Also it was not explicit that the apartment was below the street level, which I did not love either.

Location and facilities were excellent..

Corridor a bit noisy at night but this is not the fault of the property. Ignorant guests..

The gorgeous cozy place. There is perfectly clean everywhere. I’m extremely happy with the stuff and place at all. You can find everything what you need in the kitchen including olive oil for cooking. The location is cool 3 minutes to the closest beach. Extremely recommend and would love to be back here.

We can really recommend this accomodation to 100%. From the first moment we felt like home. The room was clean, the kitchen equipment was the best we ever had in a shared kitchen and the terrace is so nice for relaxing. We booked first for four nights and in the end we stayed ten nights. The value for money is so good at this place and the location in the city center is perfect.

Wonderful hotel, clean, beautiful, accurate, has Patio. There is shop with products in the same location. It is really in 5 minutes walking to the beach. Good kitchen. Love this hotel modern design. Good big shower room. Nice staff.

My room was very beautifully decorated & had everything I needed, including a fan on a stand, a comfortable firm bed & fluffy pillows. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out & will be even better when the dishwasher arrives. There’s a coffee pod machine, you need to bring your own pods, sugar & milk. Personally, I think these should be provided based on the rate charged! The staff are gorgeous - they joined me in eating the Calde Verde I cooked & Cida is lovely… full of energy & love of life 👍😊

As mentioned above regarding there being no basic supplies (coffee, tea, sugar & milk). Replacing the dishwasher is paramount for a busy property!. Booking.com has many search errors… I put air conditioning & breakfast included - sadly Costa Paradise Beach doesn’t have either. This is in no way a bad reflection on the property… it’s Booking.coms error. It would be a benefit to the property if ceiling fans were installed in all bedrooms, kitchen & dining area.

this is a true paradise. wonderful modern apartments with all amenities.great hotel, convenient location - close to the ocean, city center, shops. the staff is polite, a wonderful terrace. me and my friend felt like home. the owner of the hotel is friendly and was always interested in what else needs to be done to make it comfortable. the cleaning manager made us her delicious pies. I am delighted with them. this is the best hotel in my experience. everything is at the highest level. I recommend it to everyone.

Great transport sytem. The area is lovely. Beach is just magnificent. People are very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse was kept very clean by a really nice lady.

The area to sit in the courtyard could be more comfortable.

Absolutely incredible! This is my new favorite place, I will surely come back soon. Everything is top notch, stylish, comfortable, well thought out. Comfortable bed, sheets, towels, bathrooms, cool backyard, fully equipped kitchen, spotless cleanliness, everything simply PERFECT. And right at the best location, only 3minutes away from the beach or the city centre. Supermarket and good cheap restaurants at the doorstep. 10-15€ uber drive from Lisbon centre. What else do you really need for a perfect vacation?? The friendly staff is just an extra, Cida the housekeeper lady even baked some delicious cake, always had a good chit-chat so I never felt alone, she even invited me for a home made bean soup lunch. Stunning, spectacular, absolutely recommended!!

Nothing, really. Everything is perfection. And those little things that can still be polished, are taken care of by the staff who are always looking for feedback to make this place an even more perfect holiday paradise. The only annoying thing are the loud guests who sometimes forget that this is not an Airbnb and speak loudly in their room/common areas, slam doors etc but this is not the fault of the property - though probably I would include it in the house rules to respect the calm vibe and don't disturb other guests with your loud conversations.

The staff were amazing, there was a small issue that they worked very hard to resolve so this isn't a complaint but to show how passionate that they are about their customers and their experience We practically had the whole place to ourselves it was great I cannot spell her name but Cida who works there is an amazing lady, she went as far as to wash and iron my clothes for me and offered us condiments of her own. Those are just 2 things but she really went out of her way constantly to ensure my friend and I were happy - thank you so much

Price was very high in comparison to other options in the area. Our first option cancelled on us so we booked this place as one of the only places with availability. I believe if you lower your prices to be lore reasonable then you'd have more guests. (We were the only people in the main building for a week during the Easter holidays)

Just a great place to relax and enjoy everything that Caparica has to offer. Comfortable bed, kitchen is really well equipped, great outdoor space with plenty of room and lots of seating. Communication was really good.

The staff was so hard working and put a lot of their effort into the common areas and individual rooms. The managers and reception team were always willing to chat or problem solve if needed. A stones throw away from some of the most beautiful coastline. I cannot boast on the Staff enough. Frequently answering questions and frequently trying to expand their knowledge or things to do or deals within the area.
