Room smelled like Urin and the ventilation wasn’t good in the room

Everything is nice, you come for the price and you return for the owners and of course for the breakfast! Best place in town…

Not much really. I think I goofed up after so many great bookings.

It is basically a backpackers dorm/ low budget hotel on the fringes of town. Staff are pleasant, breakfast is basic. Added 7% commission to my credit card payment. I did not want to argue, I had enough with the wife ready to strangle me. Just batted below average on this pick..but one gets what you pay for.

Great location and easy walk to the square. friendly staff. Handy night light and shelf for dorm beds.

Strong musty smell in room. Room too small for four bunks. No hand soap in bathrooms and one bathroom ran out of toilet paper twice. Another of the three shared bathrooms had no toilet seat or shower screen/curtain and nowhere dry to put clothes. No towels provided and when asked they only had damp towels to offer. The check in process was far too onerous and we had to pay on arrival after a 9.5 hr journey before we could get shown to the room booked for three nights. . It was quite expensive for what was offered.

The breakfast was nice.

The receptionist who did my check-in was really not nice and flexible ! They were great common areas… and one hot shower for a lot of rooms!

The location was great- very close to the centre- but not noisy. The hosts, Blanca and Azvcena were soooo friendly and helped us too. We booked horse riding with them and it was very efficient, with the horses arriving outside the hotel. The room and bathroom was spotless, the garden was sweet. The hotel had gorgeous with plants everywhere. When we left, we felt like part of the family with a lovely goodbye. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

There were only two bathrooms for the whole property. Nevertheless I didn't have to wait, but think it would be an issue if it was busier.

The beds are nice and comfortable, have nice areas with hammocks, for sure I'll come back next time
