Pre-Covid, we stayed at Casa de Ole with our grown kids and their families. We had an excellent time! This time, we stayed with 4 other adult couples and experienced an equally great time! The place itself is great, Karla's cooking is amazing, and the owners could not be more responsive! We're already looking forward to our next stay!

We just came back from a family get away, and fell in love with this property. We had been in this area in October, so we were familiar with they floor plan of the house. Trust me you don’t want to stay anywhere else: Karla also tops it off. The cooking is convenient and tasty. If you’re looking at other houses, around playa La Jolla, please do yourself a favor and book this one. We had family ages 70yrs to 3 yrs old and we all had a great time. Highly recommend Karla, much cheaper than if you brought the food and cooked for 14 ppl. House was clean; well kept. I’ve stayed at plenty of VRBO in Mexico and Lake Tahoe area, this is the best equipped kitchen. Already looking forward to coming back. Casa olé, we had so much fun we forgot to sign the guest book. We had an amazing time at Casa de Olé! The home is beautiful with themed bedrooms and fun tile work throughout! The bright and fun colors make feel like a true Mexican holiday! Karla’s cooking was phenomenal, we would all recommend her fish tacos and whole baked fish, yummy. The back porch is shaded most of the day and the ocean is steps away. We look forward to returning to Casa de Olé in the future and would highly recommend this home to any family or group of friends! We also were able to arrange a band to come for happy hour one evening, what a treat! Book this venue, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent accommodations and cooking!

This is definitely one of the best homes in Rocky Point. The art and Mexican decor throughout the house was lovely and the sandy beach was simply wonderful. Our entire family had a great time where beautiful memories were created. There were different activities for every member in our group. From swimming, kayaking, sunset beach strolls, or just enjoying a couple beach front margaritas, but the best amenities was Karla’s cooking. Everyone enjoyed every meal prepared by Karla and the service rendered was kind, wonderful, just simply professional. We’ll definitely look forward to returning to this home on our next Rocky Point trip. Thank you.

Amazing ! This property is beautiful in every way. The second we walked in we felt at “HOME” A HOME is any place where you are comfortable, and feel as if you can be yourself. A HOME is a place where you just feed off of positive energy and feel free. It does not matter whether your HOME is outside in nature or in an apartment, as long as your heart is there. This is very true for this HOME, we all felt at HOME and the owners did aGREAT JOB at making you feel at HOME. The response time getting a hold of the owners was quick and easy. We traveled with 12 people ranging in age from 2 to 87 The house is perfect location and the beach is beautiful white sand where you could walk for miles. Karla is a gem, I cannot say enough about her cooking and her warm personality. Every meal she cooked was better than the last. We made so many great family memories So excited for our next trip Thank you Bill, Lauren and cat for letting us enjoy your beautiful Warm HOME.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is an amazing setup right on the beach, with plenty of room inside and out. It includes lots of shade on the back patio. We enjoyed the gas firepit every night - what a great way to wind down after a day in the sun! Fresh, drinkable desalinated water throughout means we didn't have to think about water issues. WiFi was fast. And then.... there's Karla. Wow. I normally do all the cooking for my crew when I'm on vacation, but not only did Karla handle the shopping and cooking, we all LOVED the food. Her coconut shrimp was the best we've ever had - what a treat! We will DEFINITELY stay at Casa de Ole again!

Karla’s food was the best we’ve had in rocky point. She was an amazing addition to our vacation and made us feel totally spoiled.

One comment - We’d have to say the WiFi gets a thumbs down. Often times we couldn’t complete the most basic task like accessing news stories, and, more importantly, I wasn’t able to do simple posting for work-related social media. Otherwise, would absolutely recommend! 😊

We had a great stay at Casa de Ole! 14 of stayed there and it was plenty of room. The cook was great! Food was amazing! The beach was perfect!

We recently visited Rocky Point with my family of 9 what a wonderful time we had. We have been going to Rocky Point for years (40+) and know most of the many wonderful rental homes on the beach. There are so many beautiful homes it’s hard to choose. This year we stayed at Casa de Ole. What a great time we had! Of all the homes from Rocky Point to Caborca, the Casa de Ole home in my opinion is THE best! The expansive beach with daily pod of dolphin parading back and forth for what appeared just for our family every day of our visit! Having been to Rocky Point so many times we considered ourselves quite experienced in knowing how to vacation. In the past we spent considerable time preparing and enjoying meals both inside and outside on the patio. This year we decided to take Bill and Cat up on their recommendation and utilized the services of Karla their chef that comes with the home rental. BEST decision we ever made! Karla was “fabulous”! Every meal she prepared was scrumptious with each being better than the last! And of course, the HOME, Casa de Ole! It just took us to another place and time. I love Old Town and the Mercado but to be honest I just enjoyed staying home and reading Hamilton by Ron Chernow on the patio with sound of waves in the background and in the beautiful living room of Casa de Ole. Every night we so looked forward to the Fire Pit to share memories of our stays and enjoy the starry nights and rediscover the summer constellations. When we return to our little slice of Paradise next year no doubt we plan to stay at Casa de Ole. The owners are attentive and enjoy seeing their guests enjoy their little slice of heave at Casa de ole! Paul & Marcella Wiggs

As always, this house is such a pleasure to stay in. What an incredible beach and we can't wait to get back! Karla is a fantastic cook and we love having her cook for us. And the kayaks were a major bonus!

The pictures of this home do not do it justice, it is so much better than any picture could depict. Not only is every inch of this home uniquely decorated for the Mexico location but the views and beach location are amazing. My immediate and extended family all (14) stayed together and just loved this home, the location, and the wonderful food provided by Karla. Leading up to our stay, the homeowners were very responsive to any questions I had and upon arrival they called just to check in and see if we needed anything, which was very kind. This home allowed each person to do what they wanted at any point, whether it was hanging out in the home, on the patio or on the beach that was essentially a private beach because it was so quite. My whole family was thrilled about the home and location and absolutely loved our vacation. We definitely will be back. Miriam

Casa de ole was an amazing home with the most beautiful views. It was spacious and had all the amenities needed for this nice get-away. Karla (the cook) topped it all off with her delicious meals -I’m still drooling over them today. I’d deff be coming back to this home!

Wonderful beachfront home in private gated community. It’s obvious the love and pride these owners take in their property – everything is top notch and all the comforts of home! Beautiful mosaics throughout the house and courtyard. Super comfy beds with an individual bathroom for each bedroom! We loved being able to lounge on the large shaded patio, or walk on the beautiful white sand. Mornings were always exciting when we saw pods of dolphins right off the beach! We went kayaking, and the women all loved buying silver jewelry and other wares from the beach vendors. Each of us had an hour massage on the patio, with the melodic sound of the ocean in the background. Even though it was spring break week, we often felt like we almost had the beach to ourselves – except for the early morning dog walkers. Each day we were able to walk out and get our dog fixes. We took two trips into town, and found fun places to eat and shop. If the home and location isn’t already wonderful enough, the rental includes lovely Karla, who cooked and cleaned …..not sure how a vacation could get any better – it was relaxing, and Karla’s food fed our souls! Wonderful menu with lots of food. Hard to pick our favorites, but highly recommend her coconut shrimp, fish tacos, bacon wrapped shrimp, chicken tostadas, and beef arrachera. As a group of 4 woman, it was a great place to decompress. Tears were shed as we had to leave, and all hope to be back again!

In all our years coming down to RP, Casa de Ole is our favorite place to stay. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are perfectly comfortable. Best beach for morning strolls, sunning and afternoon games. Karla is an amazing cook, her coconut shrimp is to die for. The owners are a delight to deal with and you won't be disappointed. Adios, until next year!

Wonderful place to stay, great beach!

This was my first time staying at Casa de Olé and will definitely not be my last! From the beautiful mosaic artwork adorning the property to Karla’s cooking to the pristine beach right in the backyard, every moment both inside and outside felt like a luxurious retreat. The property owners went out of their way to make Casa de Olé feel like home: the kitchen is fully stocked, they have extra sunscreen/toiletries, and the bedrooms all have personal touches that make them feel unique. Karla was friendly, made delicious meals (all with the freshest ingredients), and tidied up the house while we were enjoying the beach. Although we were with a party of nine, sound surprisingly did not travel throughout the house, allowing some of us (me) sleep in while others started their days early to watch the sunrise. Cannot say enough great things about this place - thank you for a great stay and so many memories!

Just returned from our THIRD stay at Casa de Ole! Obviously, we love it there! The home is well maintained, and each time we've gone, there has been some type of upgrade. It's obvious the owners lovingly care about their slice of paradise. I am just super happy they choose to share it with the rest of us! The home easily fits several families, is well stocked, comfortable and adorable. Have any questions about the house, the area, etc? All your answers are in a book on the coffee table. I love this. I have rented many a vacation home, and I must say this book is the most comprehensive I've seen. The location on the beach is perfect- this is the best beach in the area in my opinion, and I've been going down to Rocky Point for over 20 years! And lastly...the food. Oh my. Bring your stretchy pants because the meals are to die for!! Loved everything Dulce (and in previous visits, Rosa) made for us! Can't wait until our next visit!

This was our first visit to Casa de Ole but have been to Rocky Point many times. The house is beautiful, well maintained and perfect for multiple families. We were four families and the house was perfect for our group. It was so nice to be on the beach all day and come back and have your meal prepared for us. We loved everything Dulce prepared for us. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed for 4 nights and didn't want to leave! Dulce cooked lunch and dinner for us every day - what a treat and really well priced! Her coconut shrimp is to die for! The beach is gorgeous and the water is rock-free - smooth sand for miles. Dolphins swam about 10 ft from us! The house is beautiful and has RO filtered water throughout. However, remember to bring a pop-up/shade structure [or two!] because the patio has no sun protection. This is a perfect family vacation with kids. The beach is safe and serene, the water is calm and warm.
