Location and spacious apartment.

The energy of the place created by host. Not warm in welcoming and greeting us and having to buy our own toilet paper. Stayed at 18 locations over a 9 week holiday and by far the worst experience over the period. To many rules and instructioins, no flexibility whatsoever to accommodate our needs. We stayed on the 1st floor, extremely noisy from above tenants, no soundproofing, was awoken every night by footsteps around 1am. Was instructed not to put suitcases on bed, no other provision made available to unpack cases, guess we were expected to do this on the floor, difficult with a bad back. Host did provide extra washing powder, not convinced it was for the right reason. Was noted to us on arrival we didn't get off to a good start by host as we had asked if it was possible to leave our luggage somewhere on departure, we were told did we read instructions, once again no warmth. Basically zero people skills. We clearly read instructions, there were so many it was difficult to absorb all of them. Prior to booking this accommodation we read many previous reviews, majority that had constructive opportunities for improvements were answered in an abrupt blunt manner, read them for yourselves and make your own mind up I guess. My wife and I have travelled for many years, we have the genius rewards title, stayed at many places and have never experienced this before. We most definitely would not return to any Felix Apartment as a result of our experience, nor recommend it. This is our 4th visit to Malta, by far the worst overall experience. We have family in Malta so have made them aware also of our dissapointmtent. Basically any accomodation in Valletta for location is ideal, you really can't go wrong there. Having to buy our own toilet paper closed the deal for us, we had 2 and a half small rolls supplied for 2 people for a 6 night stay, host lived across the hall from us, not being able to supply one roll when needed I think is very poor form.

Excellent location and well equipped and comfortable apartment.

Ottimo appartamento. Ampio, pulito e in posizione centrale sia per visitare La Valletta che per raggiungere la stazione bus e spostarsi altrove. Consigliatissimo.

Unica pecca l’assenza di ascensore per un appartamento al 4 piano anche se per noi non è stato un problema perché avevamo piccoli bagagli.

L'emplacement central à La Valette, à quelques minutes à pied des principaux monuments. Le calme. L'accueil très chaleureux et serviable sur place. L'équipement complet.

Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de vaisselle.

Die Lage ist super gut. Unterkunft ist einfach toll. Die Besitzerin super nett und freundlich. Am letzten Tag können wir unsere Gepäck für paar Stunden auch abstellen. Das war sehr nett.

Tolle zentrale Lage, komfortabel, sehr sauber, wunderbar ausgestattet,es bleibt kein Wunsch offen, alles professionell und unkompliziert

Valletta Collection- Felix Apartment is an excellent place to stay when visiting Valletta. Beautiful, modern apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, near top sights. The host does a good job at providing easy to follow instructions to check in and use amenities. Also provided helpful recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants. Very pleased with stay.
