We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic. The apartment was clean and nice, and very spacious. I would highly recommend this property and plan on staying again anytime our adventures take us to downtown Spokane. I would like to note if you are planning on cooking anything requiring specialty equipment remember to bring those along (we forgot) although the kitchen has all the basics. Overall we were thoroughly delighted with the property.

The unit is modernized, clean, and comfortable; king beds a bonus, with easily accessible building and parking. Property manager (Jake) was very helpful and available. Location was easy walk to Riverfront, good dining, and entertainment… we’ll definitely be back. One note: if planning to dine at the Original Pancake House (adjacent to the unit, same building), highly advise you take advantage of their online waitlist… walk-ins can easily be met with hour+ wait times. I was attending a conference at the Davenport Grand, and this location could not have been any better for me and my family. We have twin three year olds and were placed in room 301 which didn't have anybody below or immediately next to us. That helped us relax quite a bit as our kids can be loud and/or run a lot, but without any neighbors we felt comfortable that the noise wasn't bothering anyone. The pancake house downstairs was amazing, and the unit itself was absolutely perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed for the week and the furniture was comfortable. I booked this rental for my spouse and our friends to stay at while enjoying a weekend in Spokane for some football and relaxation! Let me tell you that this place is my go to place for all future stays in Spokane! It’s amazing! So many positives to this place and I’ll try to list them but there’s a lot! First, the property manager (Jake) is very informative and great at answering your questions in a timely manner. The information email that they give you prior to checking in is clear and direct on the does and don’ts of the unit as well as what the unit and surrounding area has to offer for your needs. Check-in is one of the easiest processes I’ve experienced. The unit itself is AMAZING! I don’t believe the pictures do this place the justice it reveals upon entering. The unit is very spacious and clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and despite being in the heart of downtown, the unit is very quiet at night when you’re watching a movie or ready for bed. There’s a wonderful breakfast (The Original Pancake House) spot located on the first floor of this building and it’s truly a treat to wake up and go downstairs to eat well and not worry about having to find a parking spot or if there’s somewhere good to eat nearby! Check-out is even easier than check-in and it’s very easy access to the freeway from the unit when ready to leave Spokane. We go to Spokane lots and we won’t stay anywhere else after finding this gem of a place!

We were in Spokane for an EWU graduation at the Veterans Arena. This super cute and clean apartment was walking distance to our venue and so much more. We loved it.
