Clean, great location, close to Everything. Nice pool and lanai

The home was very comfortable. We were greeted with a basket of goodies! The beds were comfortable and the bedding luxurious. The pool was heated and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the back and front patios. The bathrooms were stocked with anything you needed: scope, dental floss, makeup remover etc. I would definitely come back here again but bring the whole family.

Beautiful home to spend some time in FL. Lots of seating outside. Pool time was a must on the warmer days. Comfy King beds in all 3 bedrooms. Big tvs in bedrooms, living room and out by the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rob was an attentive host. Quick responses to any questions we had. We Appreciate the recommendations to local food restaurants.

At first, when we pulled up to the home...we were slightly skeptical...beautiful home! But, in a neighborhood!? The minute we walked through the door, we felt at home! From the lanai, there's a beautiful pool and an awesome view of the canal! Everything one needs in the kitchen is there plus! The location is close to downtown where there are great restaurants, parks and shopping! We were blessed and restored!It was.....perfect!

The house was perfect for our getaway. The pool and outside area were used as much as we could. The house was large and the owners supplied everything we needed to eat and sleep. Access to Punta Gorda Allegiant airport was the reason we chose this property. We can't wait to come back again!

this property provided us with everything we needed to have a perfect girls trip. Three nights was not enough and decided next year it will be a minimum of five to seven. Thank you for making this trip so enjoyable. Will definitely rent from these homeowners again

This home in Punta Gorda is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the Southern Florida sun. The house was very well appointed with everything you need to make it feel like home. The bedrooms each had a king size bed, very comfortable mattresses, sheets and pillows. The master bedroom bathroom had plenty of space and a convenient walk in closet. We tend to cook more than eat out on vacation, so the kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc., to make nearly any meal. The house itself was very clean, both inside and out. The pool area had plenty of space even an outdoor living room that was covered with outdoor fans to relax out of the sun. There were extra amenities such as bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs and pool toys to make the stay even easier. Fisherman's Village and downtown are a short distance away, certainly bikeable or a short drive. There is some great dining and shopping to be had there. The location on one of the canals make it accessible from Charlotte Harbor and fishing from the yard is easy and productive. I would most certainly stay there again.

We stay at a lot of VRBO's and this was definitely one of the nicest houses we have stayed at. It is a beautifully decorated house. The owner provide coffee, creamer, wine, bottled water, and other toiletries which most places don't offer. We would absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The home on Via Veneto offers everything vacationers could ask for. Sparkling clean as well and safe.

We truly enjoyed this home in Punta Gorda. It is conveniently located close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and more. The home is very well supplied with everything you need to feel right at home. We tend to cook in quite a bit while on vacation, and the kitchen was well appointed with cookware, dishes, glassware and pretty much everything you need. The home was very clean from the main living area to bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool area was great for lounging in the sun and taking a dip to cool off. There is also a great outdoor living area to relax out of the sun. All in all, a great place to stay. I'm sure we'll stay there again if in the area
