Tiny House in a great location to sites and hiking. Friendly neighbors. Can’t wait to come back in the summer for boating and fishing.

Stay was good quiet and clean

The cabin was extremely clean and cozy! Very comfortable beds with clean, white, and soft linens. The towels were white and very clean and soft. Management was more than accommodating and very pleasant! The entire visit has been one for memory books!

This was the perfect place for a little getaway, quiet area, nice neighbors and just a super COZY place. Enjoyed sitting outside beside the cottage in the fresh air while watching the family of deer stroll across the road. Would definitely recommend staying.

The cottage was small but comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed seeing all the deer and the Bull Shoals area is beautiful. We went to the state park, the river and the cavern. We really enjoyed our stay

Super nice spot by lake. We were not able to stay long but I think you can hike down to the lake from there.

My husband and I spent the weekend here with my parents. We brought our boat for bulls shoals lake. It was the perfect little cottage and close to everything we needed for the weekend. Beds were very comfortable, place kept cool in the the 100 plus degree weather and has all the amenities needed. We will definitely book again the next time we come to visit.

The cottage was very clean and had all the necessities we needed. Temperature was in the 100s while staying there and the AC was cold! The cottage sits right by the lake and you get to see different wildlife!

Looked a lot bigger in the pictures; had AC; but cool air did not reach the bedrooms unless you turned it down to 65 and the small table with 3 stools was right next to it so you had to turn it off when you were eating because it was too noisy and the air was blowing in your face. we brought small fans with us or we would have roasted; couldn't open the windows; they were sealed shut. 3 of the doors were warped and couldn't be closed. There was only one accessible closet and no drawers to put my clothes. Bought an over-the-door hook to hang some of them and put the rest in the TV stand which had shelves. The flies kept coming; bought a fly swatter and killed at least 10 a day; 5 spiders and a huge tick. The renter in #4 had a frequent visitor; who was frequently drunk; and once tried to hug me and fist bump my brother. My brother told him to leave us alone. The resident came over and apologized; but still.... The lady in #2 would put out food for the animals; including a heard of deer (probably where the tick came from); a pitbull, skunk, opossum, racoon, chickens, a turtle, crows, etc. and at times we couldn't sit outside; we were not amused. We had to buy a toaster because there wasn't one. We weren't given instructions about what we needed to do if we needed clean towels, and then learned that the owner didn't live on the property; he was in NOLA. It was big enough for me and my brother; but saying it accommodated 4 people was a bit of a stretch.

The cottage was in a beautiful area, lots of wildlife. Was extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The air conditioning was very nice and cool. Parking was convenient..just watch out for the deer, they will come right up to you, it's pretty cool..wish we had some apples for them. It was easy to check in and out. The Host was great to work with. We would definitely recommend staying here again.
