schöne Lage, ausreichendes Frühstück, gutes Bett

Kein Zugang ins Hotel ohne zu klingeln und zu hoffen daß jemand aufmacht , Personal welches nur chinesisch spricht, Duschkabine Fehlkonstruktion, Duschkopf bleibt nicht oben, Badezimmmer steht durch mangelde Abgrenzung unter Wasser, Lift über 30 Jahre alt und sehr langsam, Treppenhaus und Boden generell im Gebäude sehr klebrig

Very good room, super comfortable big bed. I had the opportunity to eat at the restaurant and meet the owner, very good meal, very friendly people. I recommend it 100% and I'll be back!

Had to ask for tea as not provided in the buffet. Should be teapots and choice of teas available.

Proche de la route très bruyant à éviter

Das Personal war sehe freundlich, das Essen sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind Klein aber die Betten sehr bequem und die Aussicht ist schön.

Das Bad war sehr beengt, und die Fenster nicht ganz dicht. Zu dem hat die Wand neben der Balkontür unten geschimmelt.

Super Lage, direkt an der Mosel, da Winter sehr ruhig, aber landschaftlich klasse

Tuhaf bir alkolik adam eliyle tüm kahvaltılık malzemesine eliyle alıp yiyiyordu çalışan personel kibarca uyarmaya çalıştı ama adam çok kötü kıyafetler fazlasıyla alkol kokan birisiydi ve hotelin içinde tıpkı personel gibi geziyordu boaking de ilk defa bu kadar kötü bir deneyim yaşadım

Zimmer war nicht gemacht bei Ankunft um 20:30 anderes Zimmer Angeboten worden aber ohne Badewanne hatte eine Überraschung geplanten hatte die auch gebucht. Wieder zur Rezeption und erklärt das ich das Zimmer net möchte weil wie erwähnt eine Überraschung geplant.Putzfrau schläft im Hotel angerufen worden mussten es noch 30 Minuten warten Bett würde überzogen Rest vom raus nicht gereinigt.

The surrounding is beautiful, the property is very nice , rooms are beautiful, personnel is very friendly and helpful. Great restaurant in which the meals are presented in a very nice way.

Really only for crossing the “t” here; could be clearer when to use which entry, one room had a few hairs, soap was empty (we didn’t complain as we brought our own, they would have fixed it for sure)

They had no breakfast because the boss had not waken up. Ended up making one, but it was to late for us to stay.

the hosts were very friendly, helpful, kind. the rooms were cosy, the bed was very comfortable the breakfast could be eaten in the garden or on a nice terrace

the bathroom shower was small and leaked a lot, and the bathroom ventilation was noisy to sleep, no minibar

they took money for the shuttle service

The White Swan is a typical Moessel-70's hotel but completely renovated. Rooms-although rather small are nicely decorated and the bed is outstanding. Bathroom is rather big in size but renovation was not done thouroughly leaving it with the old tiles and bath-tub all the rest was renewed. This results in a clash of ages and styles when showering ;-) A limited number of covered parking spaces are available and a nice terrace/garden next to a river is available for hotel guests. Staff is Asian and communication is sometimes funny but with good intentions from both sides you get all you ask for.

Breakfast was not included but available for 10€, choice was rather basic and goods were supermarket quality (yoghurt, chees, ham, salami, ...) a selection of fruit was offered but had not much taste, pastry was overbaked (croissants, ...) Coffee on the other hand was outstanding

Breakfast was amazing, small hotel which felt like a home. What I also liked a lot was the staff was super friendly during our visit. Dinner was unbelievable in this hotel restaurant, probably best dinner I have ever ate in Luxemburg, prices in restaurant varies from 7-25€.

Well sited, direct on the river Mosel. Comfort room newly renovated with good amenities. Evening meal excellent and breakfast very good. Obviously proprieters fresh to the trade but all staff helpful and willing to assist.

The restaurant is asiatic which should be mentioned in the description. Luckily we enjoy this type of food! Language problems with some of the staff with very limited English,
