The bed sheets looked clean. The toilet was clean. Nothing more.

Hairs in the bathroom, uncomfortable bed, room was next to the road so was very noisy. Only one big light in the room.

front of the property let’s it down a bit but don’t let it put you off staying as the room was excellent

The outside areas need attention and gave the building a not very good look.

Simple but generous sized room, excellent shower, fridge and sink. Chair. TV. Access to back garden. Good price for en suite room in the area. There is no additional charge for towels and bedding and WiFi is available. Very close to bus stop and nearby shops, Orpington centre.

Dangerous hot tap in bathroom. Inadequate bin and rubbish flowing onto the street. Back garden very messy, could be a great asset. Room clean but cobwebs above the bed and garment packaging by the bed.

1. Could do with front of property, looking tidy and garden area maintained. Along with refuge bins on display, no lids and rubbish strewn all over front of property, due to animal wildlife, fox's and seaguls, getting into rubbish.😵‍💫 2. No tv chanels avaiable, had no acsess on arrival, as key in key lock box had been taken by other occupant. Resolved after 20 minutes, after contact made contact with the person who had the key. Still not good upon arrival, stood outside waiting.🙈 3. Tiny sink in bath room, with shelve directly above, could'nt wash properly in the morning or brush teeth. No mirror, and bathroom had no frosted glass, so you was on view to all the world, poor.🙈 4. Bed's in total need of new matteress's, old and well past there sell by date. Had to make do with sofa bed which was hard leather, no confort at all, had serious bad back for 2 days plus.😢 5. Window glass in bad need of a window cleaner, not been cleaned in years, could barely see through them.🙈 6. In need of new curtains and blinds, looked like someone had donated some second hand pass downs, very old and tired.😪 7. This is certainly, no stylish home from home, this is just a place to attempt to get a night's rest, but, BEST OF LUCK WITH THAT....☹️

Accommodation was very clean, well equipped, and in very good condition. Bed was comfortable.

The outside didn't reflect how well presented, and clean it was inside.

The room was on the 2nd floor and was very clean. It's been newly refurbished so everything was nice and clean

Maybe a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen like plates pots and pans and more cups and spoons.

the bed was uncomfortable, the lack of sockets around the kitchenette area.. you couldn’t plug the kettle in.. the extension cable running across the bathroom door….the bathroom layout, no mirror and a very small sink…… but worst of all was the noise into the early hours from the flat above keeping us awake

Staff member was really friendly, easy to check in and out, relatively quiet location and close to Sidcup. It was good value for money, very simple and reasonably decent room with the essentials.

No WiFi, and bad signal. Unfortunately the router in the kitchen had incorrect password. The bed needs changing (Room 1), and there are a lack of sockets for phone charger ect, had to unplug the TV to boil the kettle.

Me and my partner travel for work. Every now and again we treat ourselves to staying close to work and saving time. So we book an air bnb. I must say this one has been, by far, the best. From the customer service, which is available 24/7, to the cleanliness of the room. It was nice to come back to a warm, cosy and clean room from a long day of work outside.

The location wasn’t ideal - in the middle of a council estate. I wasn’t sure that my car would be safe left on the road. The garden at the front and back were overgrown and had some rubbish in. The drive was overgrown and could have been cleared for parking like the next door property. The description of the facilities was incorrect - no washing machine, or carpet. Also, the TV didn’t work , and the fridge wasn’t switched on. There was no kettle in the property , and I discovered that boiling water came out of the kitchen tap and so used that for a hot drink. There should have been instructions on that. Also even though there were a couple of mugs and glasses, there was no spoons for stirring the hot drink. I definitely won’t be staying there again. If it was equipped better and the garden tidied up then I would consider staying there again.
