Hotel simples, porém de excelente localização e sobretudo de serviço espetacular! De gestão familiar, a Equipa é excelente, simpaticíssimos, super prestativos e não mediram esforços para que a experiência de nossa estadia fosse a melhor possível. Café da manhã caseiro muito bom! Acomodações extremamente limpas e equipe de arrumação super educados. Parceria com estacionamento próximo foi de grande valia. Recomendo como excelente custo benefício para se hospedar no centro histórico de Coimbra!

A bit crowded but we had a wonderful patio

The hotel receptionist answered me excellently and provided a map of the surroundings. The bedroom's bed is really confortable and I had a great night sleep. The area is silent and you can find a square nearby with lots of stores, cafes and services.

Bathroom's curtain bothered me when taking a shower, it got wet and sticky to the body and did not prevent the floor to get wet as well. A glass box would be a lot better.

Location is good and staff is friendly. We got by with a mix of Spanish and English. My room had access to a wonderful patio with beautiful plants. Great place to relax

Hotel furnishings are dated. Room door security is old and feels insubstantial. They've painted everything white and work to modernize what they have.

They lock it every night (after 01:00) so you have to ring a bell to open the door for you.It made me uncomfortable because I have to wake the manager to open the door for me.To his honor,he never complained even when I returned at 04:00 but they could just handle me an external door key and the problem would be solved
