Great property throughout, beautifully decorated. Loved the feel of the old property, including the old bakers oven, stairs were very steep but this added to the character of the house, although I wouldn't recommend if you are elderly or have small children. Great communication with hosts.

The house was beautifully furnished, the kitchen had everything that you might need, although we didn't use it as we ate out. The bathrooms were updated, although the hand held shower in the main bathroom was in a weird position for those of us who don't like an overhead rain shower. The house is located very near to the castle and is a short walk to the cafes and restaurants

Fresh milk would have been nice, as would some fresh bread (given that it was originally a bakery). The towels could have been thicker and the TV remote needed new batteries - we had to keep jiggling them about to get the remote to work. The very steep stairs were difficult for our daughter to navigate (she has a disability which affects her mobility), so anyone else with mobility issues may find this also.

Excellent central location in Arundel. High standard of decor.

Felt a bit 'corporate'. No books, games or other items which would given the rental a more individual and homely feel. Just one dishwasher tablet for a three-night stay felt a bit mean given the cost of the rental.

Gleaming cleanliness, quality, location. Ease of keypad rather than key. Spacious kitchen well equipped. Luxurious bedding and comfortable beds. Amazing hot showers at press of a button.

Still recovering from a knee injury so very steep stairs were a problem I was not expecting. Especially with a heavy bag. It is just the way the house was built but either it was not made clear or I missed the fact when booking. The toilet seat to the smaller bedroom at the back was very high. A bit strange. Found putting plug in and out of bathroom sink not so straight forward. System I had not seen before. Irritated when asked to give feedback when still there. Also was not keen on all the instructions received on what to do when leaving the place the next day.

Exactly like in the photos, it’s clear a lot of attention to detail was put into the property, such lovely views from both sides too!

location was excellent, right in the heart of Arundel. Arundel castle is a great attraction and you can walk there in minutes. There are quaint shops and cafes on your door step.

We have stayed there once before and obviously things just get more worn but nothing major.
