Arca was a great place to stay! I’d totally stay there again, and we want to go back to Roatan, so we definitely will. The food was great, drinks were great, beach was great, and the service was phenomenal! Everyone we encountered could not have been kinder or more helpful and accommodating! The room was super comfy and with all the grey tones, we extremely relaxing! The atmosphere and great smell - very subtle - but very clean, was so wonderful. I simply can’t say enough about Arca, except that it was a great choice! Another note, the taxi drivers they use, Jordie and James, were just great! Took us to do some amazing things and recommended some great restaurants. They were also so accommodating! Love the place!

I had such an amazing experience from booking to departure. The staff were super attentive and organized. The food was amazing, rooms were clean functional. They offer so much support take initiative to ensure that we are well taken care of. The location was great to feel that it felt still home to Roatán. Staff members such as Sam, Victoria, Olive, Eric, Burgos and James created such an amazing experience so much so we want to come back!

What an incredible property! We had the best time at Arca and cannot say enough about the incredible staff, bar, restaurant and Chef! I cannot wait to go back! This was the first time I didn't need a vacation from my vacation! Definitely recommend!

Don’t know where to begin except saying that this was the perfect vacation in Roatan! I was impressed by the prompt and helpful pre-trip communication, and knew we were in great hands since check in. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, we rented the largest villa with another couple and our 10 other friends rented other types of rooms and they were all gorgeous and comfortable. From arranging transportation for all activities, to helping me plan and set up a birthday dinner for my husband with a total of 14 guests - the Arca staff was not only so helpful but so kind! Service was truly impeccable. The food is fantastic - breakfast has delicious and varied options for all dietary restrictions and cravings, the cocktails are delicious and the rotating flavors of water were so refreshing. The grounds are beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of West Bay beach. The owners, chef and staff are not only so nice but truly great at what they do and can’t wait to visit again. My husband’s birthday trip with all of our guests was truly so special. Thank you Arca. We will be back very very soon

Gorgeous brand new property! Beautiful beach with ample beach chairs. Delicious included breakfast with lots of choices (banana pancakes, bacon and eggs, traditional Honduran breakfast, chia bowl etc). Craft cocktails with fresh ingredients. A hot outdoor shower by the pool. Those are a few of the things I loved about Arca. Also, it never felt busy or crowded. Arca is a quiet oasis nestled amongst the bustling activity surrounding the resort, giving us the best of both worlds. Close to the action but also an escape from the music and noise nearby. The staff are friendly and kind. The beds are comfy and the AC is nice and cold. Our beachfront junior suite had a huge bathroom with a nice hot shower with lots of water pressure. The only slight issue was at checkout: there was a charge attributed to our room that did not belong to us. I had to stand there, being made to feel like I did something wrong, while they looked into it. It was not my mistake. They did not apologize for the inconvenience or embarrassment. So I left on a slightly bad note but I will chalk their reaction up to realizing they had lost money through someone else’s mistake or perhaps another guests dishonesty. But it should have been handled better with an apology at the very least for the mixup. It won’t stop me from returning but this was something that deserves mention. Overall we loved Arca and highly recommend it as a more elevated place to stay in West Bay!

It was a lovely place to go for vacation. The staff was always super friendly and accommodating. The beach was clean and pristine. The food was delicious. Can’t say enough nice things about this resort.

You get what you pay for and Arca was worth every penny. The room and grounds were beautiful and stylish, food and drinks were excellent and the staff was all so nice.

The Arca is quaint boutique hotel with a small but nice restaurant and bar. Its location mzde for an easy walk down the beach to snorkeling, restaurants, shopping, and everything West Bay has to offer. The dive shop on West Bay beach is convenient and easy to set up some of the most amazing dive sites I have ever experienced. There are many more dive shops, restaurant's, bar, and shopping available in West End, just a 10 minute water taxi away. Arca is a great location to enjoy everything Roatan has to offer.

Great location on the beach. An amazingly friendly and helpful staff. It would have been a little hard to find if the hotel had not provided a driver. Getting their driver is much better than taking a cab. We cant wait to come back!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Arca, and can't recommend it enough! The staff was wonderful and very helpful, the rooms were great, and the small boutique atmosphere was just what we wanted. We felt very safe there and the food for lunches was perfect. The ARCA was a great place to stay, The location was perfect! Every room was only steps away from the beach. The staff was absolutely incredible they not only went above and beyond but they truly wanted to, they made you feel like royalty.

What a great place perfect location in the middle of west bay walk everywhere. Scuba diving spectacular lots of activities. The entire staff was so nice can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful 16 room boutique resort. The staff was very accommodating, Sam was a big help with booking transportation and additional needs and questions. Great breakfast made to order. The location couldn't be better. Walking distance to shopping, dining, snorkeling, bars, etc. This was our second time to West Bay and will definately going back. It would be nice to have umbrellas on the beach and TV's in all the rooms but very minor suggestion.

We spent 4 nights in one of the beach front luxury suites after making our first trip to Roatan to celebrate our anniversary. These are probably the most beautifully finished and spacious suites currently on West Bay beach. A few other things Arca is doing right—the food is outstanding! Besides the delicious (included with stay) full breakfast and coffee each morning, we tried a few lunch items as well. I would come eat here even if I wasn’t staying on property! Best chicken/avocado sandwich I’ve ever had. But most importantly, one of their best features is the location directly on West Bay Beach. The water is roped off on either side of the resort, so no boats anchor in front (good for swimming and perfect views). Also, their beach chairs are only a single row so you have unobstructed views and sit along row of palms for shade. We loved the beach in front of Arca daily while enjoying hand crafted cocktails from the bar during happy hour from 4-6pm daily. The pool was pretty shaded so stayed on the cool side—didn’t really see it being used during our visit. There is no hot tub (if that matters for your visit) but that’s the only thing we’d love to see added later to this new gorgeous property! We can’t wait to return to Roatan and hope very much to be able stay at Arca again.

The Arca is beautifully. Beautifully located in the heart of West Bay. Excellent kitchen and the most attentive staff. A dream come true. Hope to be back some day.

The hotel is beautiful and opens to a wonderful portion of the beach. It's a short walk from your room to the beach regardless of which room you have which is wonderful. Just keep in mind if you like to watch TV before bed, there are no TVs in the rooms unless you have a suite or villa. Also, the light from the screen of the AC unit is quite bright so if you need pitch black to sleep, I suggest an eye mask. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

This lovely boutique hotel is right on the beach. It opened in December 2023. My husband and I stayed three nights. We found the property to be clean, quiet, and safe. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great . The staff are well trained and very accommodating. The location is very convenient. You can walk right or left on the beach to restaurants shops, etc. this hotel provides beach chairs and towels. The beach in front is gorgeous, beautiful crystal clear water. We found the food to be delicious. The hotel provides a free breakfast and it was so good! I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The owner is from Oklahoma and happened to be on site when we were there and she was genuinely interested in hearing from us. The front desk staff was so helpful. In a panic I called from the Philadelphia airport after having difficulty filling out the Honduras Immigration forms online., she was able to reassure me.

Beautiful property,lovely helpful staff,easy walking access to beach,surrounding hotels and restaurants ,best food we had was on property ,hope they expand their menu. Quiet with stunning views.

This hotel is everything! Our room was as beach front as you can get and we loved mornings and evenings on the patio. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Every single person, including the owners of the property, were so welcoming and friendly…even the 24-hour security guards (we never felt unsafe the entire time on the island but it was just a little peace of mind). The food was very good and the chef was happy to accommodate my food allergies with swaps. We are already looking to book our trip back to Arca next year!

It is a very small property with big amenities, The staff was very friendly and helpful, They all went out of their way to give us a very unique and enjoyable stay! This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in!!
