Very well maintained and modern hotel. Most responsive front office staff. Located in the more bustling part of Kos town, yet very calm atmosphere. Quiet at night.

My days in the hotel were amazing. The hotel is super close to Lambi beach and close to Kos town. I also rented a bike in a close place to the hotel, and got to know many places in the island. The owner of Hotel and all the staff were super careful and lovely. I do recommend Theonia Hotel for short and long trips. :)

Even though it's a basic accommodation, everything is there you need and as described. The host was very friendly. Good value for money. Close to the beach and the city center.

Very friendly lady at Reception, short distance to the beach.

The room was not good isolated so I could hear the neighbor speaking on the phone and doing things in the bathroom, also the cars in the street were very loud and I could only sleep with earplugs. The breakfast was ok-ish, I did have only a coffee (which was good taste) and a few flakes with yoghurt and honey in the morning. I think it was ok for the price I paid.

Everything, I extended my stay an extra fee days.

The reception staff very helpful,good location, comfortable stay

- very nice and helpful staff! - good location, only a few minutes to the beach / old town / harbour - nice but basic breakfast - pool (but rather basic and not very comfortable to spend some time)

- unfortunaltely no double beds available and the beds are too small for men about 1.80 m - breakfast is only until 9.30am

A bit noisy during the night

Close to the city centre, close to the beach, very friendly personal.

First of all, the location was perfect. Secondly, the hotel management was super friendly for all the needs we require. Breakfast was more than ok. We didn't use the pool, (who needs a pool in kos?) but seemed ok. I would like to thank all the staff for the tidiness of our room.

Plug-sockets... There is only 2 of them, and both of the plug-sockets are not near the bad.

It was all wonderful: position, breakfast, room. The owner, Antonia, made the impossible to make my staying perfect, and so all the staff!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff and and a lovely neighborhood close to many beaches.
