Room was tiny and weird shape, and dark. Reception/ welcome at the bar was rude

Lovely hotel, well located for airport shuttle and train station. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Excellent for location for shops & restaurants. Very helpful friendly staff.
Just a couple of things to mention- very dusty room :-( & the air freshener in the lobby/bar area - VERY overpowering!! Sadly the smell put me off enjoying a nice drink at the bar. I guess the staff are immune to this!

Staff was great. Everything was clean. Property was very well situated. In short, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
One small issue. Bathroom was so small that you couldn't use the toilet with your feet hitting the door in front of you. Don't know who designed it, but..........other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Staff were wonderful and everyone was very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were excellent and the hotel was nice. Clean, limited, but very good breakfast, and location was great for exploring the City.
The only complaint is a small one, but noticeable. The bathroom was the tiniest little bathroom I've ever seen and so small that it was actually difficult to use comfortably. Rooms are not all exactly the same, so maybe ours was the outlier, don't know. Anyway, staff were superb and we enjoyed the stay.

Visiting Toulouse on motorcycles from the UK. Public Parking for three nights was a little worrying.
Great little hotel though, literally 200m from a wonderful food market, restaurants and bars.
Had a great time in Toulouse ending with a win over Toulouse by York City Knights RLFC.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The amenities are nice and modern, and the cleanliness was top notch! Especially the bathrooms were really great, which wasn’t always our experience in France. The staff are warm and accommodating, so lovely!

A nice newly renovated hotel. With super high temperature in Toulouse last week the new AC tremendously helps. However, where my room was facing too close to the apartments in the back and I could not at all open the curtain anytime, rather unsafe especially for female guests.

The hotel location was very good. The rooms had suffice space and great air conditioning.
The breakfast was below standards, the worst breakfast and breakfast service I have ever received in a hotel. Is so bad, It seems the hotel does not want guest to take the breakfast option. You need to tell them what you want for breakfast the previous day and at what time. Breakfast is a waste of money at this property.

This property is very well situated not far from downtown Toulouse. The only disappointment was that in their services they started that their was a airport shuttle service. I assumed they provided that free service like in most Canadien hotels. There is a service some 4 or 5 blocks away at a cost of 8.00€ Per person. Since there were 4 in our group we ended up paying 40.00€ for a taxicab ride.

The room did not have a remote control for the television. I called downstairs and they said I must come down to the reception to see if they had another one. The shower had neither curtains or partitions shower water flooded the bathroom floor. When I checked out was asked for a €1.50 room tax gave her €2.00 was told they did not have change except in one cent coins.

This property was in the middle of the city centre, very convenient for getting around on foot, staff were friendly one man was very helpful and very kind to me, room was lovely and comfy would recommend.

Location was good but room was too secluded with weak WiFi, possibly due to the very end corner of the hotel. The carpet in the room I had, had a funky smell although it seemed cleaned.

Very good location except advise to avoid arriving or leaving on Saturdays! We arrived at metro station close by to find tear gas being thrown & 2 rows of armoured police! The Mayeaux Jaune were protesting nearby as close to Capitole. Also meant the airport bus could not follow whole route (road closures) so had to transfer onto metro. We found entrance door to hotel closed with a hotel staff member wearing a mask who ushered us in. The receptionist said this was usual for Saturdays! Advised us to wait 2 hours before going out but we were able to watch the action from bedroom windw so once we could see weremoving on we went opposite direction,.

On the whole it was marvelous, but the carpet looked a little dirty, and the bedside light was out of order(we asked them to repair, but they did not).

We arrived by train and it was an easy walk to the hotel. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, recommending places to eat and to visit which were worth following up. We could walk round the sites of the city and wish we had stayed longer.
