The home is in a great neighborhood and is close to anything you might need! Home was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We wish there was a small table or shelf in the basement bathrooms

This was a nice house for our family to stay at. The layout worked perfectly for our group. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to the highway, which made it easy to get to and from the airport, the Mall of America and other attractions. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets if needed. The only things I would change are there could be more counter space, shelves, and/or hooks in the bathrooms. The house had a lot of cobwebs and quite a few spiders/bugs. Also, we were a little disappointed that the pictures showed a swing set in the back yard, but there wasn’t one when we got there. Overall though, it was a good stay and we would consider renting this vacation home again in the future.

The family came to attend the Big10 tournament. Distance from Target Center and other attractions (MOA) was fantastic! Easy in and easy out. We checked in at night and it was a struggle unloading from the dark driveway. A light on the garage may be helpful. We were not able to utilize the garage as indicated as the code never worked. The house is small and nicely decorated. Interior design was more important than comfort. There was no place in the home for all 6 of us to hang out together. Couch and chair in living room weren't comfortable. Beds were noisy. Every turn would awaken someone and young people upstairs were noisy for the rooms below. The basement bedrooms and bathrooms have been redone and much better than main floor bedrooms/bath. Very little room in the main floor bathroom-certainly can't fit more than one person at a time, but basement again was beautiful and large. Linens and towels were nice. Kitchen was well stocked and accommodating. Overall the stay was certainly adequate and served our needs. Our priority was location and this cottage fit the bill.

This was the first time I stood at a cottage it was ok. There were a few hiccups in the beginning for instance the keyless lock did not work, there were spiders and webs on the stairway of the game room and light fixtures. The were clothing left bu the previous guest that gave off a stench on the first level. On the lower level there was a weird smell like sewer or corroded pipes. However, after speaking with the property manager she immediately sent some one over to clean up the spider web and to remove the clothes left by the previous guest. As for the sewer smell we just used scented candles fron bath and body works! The coytage overall was in the perfect spot. Near Walmart, Sams, airport and quiet neighborhood!

Great property and in a great location. We were within 10 minutes to MOA. Rooms on the main floor was a big plus with elderly parents. Two suites downstairs gave our teens plenty of space. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the upstairs game room but it was nice knowing it was there if the weather kept us inside. Property if close to local shopping centers and restaurants, all within a couple of miles in either direction. Safe place to walk in the evenings. Nice neighbors as well. We highly recommend for families and will stay here again in the future.

We came to town for a dance competition in downtown Minneapolis. The house was a great location, only 10 minutes from The Great Mall and 15 to downtown. The house had everything we needed. Had a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms and the owners were very attentive. Communication was great.
