Excellent breakfast and great facilities, very good the massage service

can ski directly onto the slope. good plentiful and good quality

ski lockers ridiculously small and required phD in space management to fit the skis poles and boots.

Rooms was oldfashioned, but ok and clean.

We arrived late at 8 pm (which we announced to the hotel in advance). We came as bike packers and were hungry, accordingly. We were told by the receptionist (who took for several minutes to collect our data and has a bad english level) that there was no chance to have dinner at the buffet as we had not booked it in advance. I would have understood if it was a la carte, but a buffet always offers enough for a view more people (and we were ok wirh anything). We asked for another restaurant and she suggested one in the village. When we friendly asked whether she could make a reservation for us, she only answered she could give us the number. As there was nothing else in the village we negotiated with the manager until they gave us 5 minutes to get to the buffet which costed us 50€. When we said we would give them a bad review she said she didn‘t care. Breakfast was not worth the money. Other hotels managed much better even in times of Corona. We paid 230€ for a one night stay and even had to beg for food...never again
