Great views in a good location.

The views are stunning from this property. The house was well appointed and the property managers were easy to communicate with. We will stay here again.

We stayed here for a girls weekend December 9-10 with 9 girls (ages 30-40). The view was absolutely beautiful but the house did not meet expectations at all unfortunately. We had plumbing issues throughout the weekend. The showers didn't drain, kitchen sink didn't drain, master bathtub leaked, bathroom sinks didn't drain properly, multiple toilets overflowed, the dishwasher didn't work properly and we could not shower or use 2/3 bathrooms for 12 hrs. There were plumbers at the property for over 6 hours one of the days trying to clean out all the pipes in the house & the property wreaked of sewage. The bottom oven also did close so it was unusable & the kitchen stove did not work properly either. We only stayed at this property for 2 nights so it was a huge bummer. The property manager was very sweet in trying to help us fix everything but it was a complete disappointment for traveling across the country for the weekend for a relaxing girls trip. Hopefully the house is fixed for the next guests so the beautiful view can be enjoyed.

Our son was getting married at the nearby Bel-Air Bay Club (1.8 miles from the house) and it was a great location for our family to gather at. It was convenient since we had our 6 month old grandson and it afforded us the connivence to travel back and forth between the house and the venue for his naps. It's a lovely home with spectacular sunset and sunrise. It was fully furnished although we did not use all that was available due to being busy with the wedding. We would love to come back for a more leisurely time to enjoy the home fully. I would definitely recommend this home for a nice retreat!

The view of the ocean from the cliff-side home is lovely. However, I had some initial communication problems receiving information regarding our check-in. Upon arriving at the house, the home is very nice, but has some conditional issues. The bathrooms are slightly outdated, the wood flooring has some pieces broken and missing, and some cabling and wiring is just piled up on the floor in the master bedroom. The a/c in the middle bedroom makes it nearly impossible to sleep in that room. Only the master bedroom had a television which was not a big deal for us, but might be for other guests. The house had ants throughout it. Looks like they have tried to remedy with ant traps, but that has not solved the issue. Overall, a good location and nice view for an evening in, but a little disappointed in the unfinished feel to the house as a whole.

We were looking for ocean views with proximity to Topanga for a family wedding at Inn of the Seventh Ray. This was the perfect place for just that. Check in and out was seamless. The property was beautiful although a bit worn in a few areas. The neighbors truly were extremely sensitive so I appreciate the listing giving that advance notice. If we so much as spoke in the drive way the neighbors across the street would tell us to "shut up" - that's putting it nicely. But we minded our own business and were sure to spend as little time as possible in the drive way during our comings and goings. No problem because the beauty was on the other side of the house, where we had no trouble with the neighboring houses. There was a bit of trouble with ants in the property but the management team was responsive to the issue and helped accommodate us for the inconvenience this caused which we appreciated. I'm sure they'll get that resolved and I would gladly stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the Southern Malibu/Topanga area again.

The property was beautiful with lovely decor in the dining, living and master bedroom. There are a few areas that show their age ( cracked tile/kitchen cabinets/ non- working lights etc) but it doesn't really detract from the overall experience. One of the four bedrooms was very tight and tucked in at the side of the property. In there the small queen bed filled almost all the floor space with no room for side tables. The bathroom across the narrow hallway was tiny with nowhere to keep toiletries or even your toothbrush. The dishwasher did not work and was not fixed during our stay as the quickly dispatched handyman was unable to sort out the issue. The bedroom at the front, facing the street, had no window covering of any kind. The shower in the master bath did not work.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Could use some updates - especially the master bath - but that view from the back deck/patio more than makes up for it. Check in and check out we’re well organized and easy. Would definitely love to stay here again.

6 of us stayed here for a summer weekend!! The table was already set for us, cozy comfy bedrooms. Home is so perfectly decorated, amazing locations and neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again—only note there are no dish towels.

My friends and I rented out this property for a relaxed vacation! This property was perfect. We loved the views and neighborhood was quiet. It was easy to commute to the popular locations and it was also great to just stay in and enjoy the property. The owners are also very communicative and the rules were reasonable. I would 100% recommend this property.

This property is gorgeous. Right when you walk through the front door, you get immediate breath taking views of the ocean. It’s spacious, great floor plan and really nice neighborhood. Driving distance to anything you need, easy access to PCH. Property management company was helpful & friendly. We will definitely be booking here again.

The renting process, check in/out were very easy! Communication with the property manager was super easy, we are so pleased with our stay!
