Location is as advertised. Super easy access to I-85.

If I would have realized I was renting an apartment, I would not have rented this spot as a personal preference. I am not sure how this rental is being allowed to be rented out in an apartment complex. Typically, these are not owned by individuals like in huge cities. That was my first red flag when I showed up. The place was nice and clean as expected. One of the reasons I am dissatisfied is due to parking issues at the apartment complex. Notified the rental property that a friend and I were staying to work the music festival and we were provided 1 parking pass. One of our vehicles received a tow boot and had to pay One Hundred and eight dollars to get it taken off. Property managers stated it was our fault for not notifying that we needed an additional parking pass. There were no house rules/no housekeeping notes or anything in the apartment - which could have saved me the One hundred and eighty on my truck to retrieve back if they would take the time to put some house rules and house keeping lists in their rental. WILL NOT RENT HERE AGAIN

Check in and out was very easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and stocked with little extras. Appreciated the quality and quantity of the towels. Didn’t use the kitchen since we were visiting family. The bedroom closet is large enough to fit and pack ‘n play. The complex is in a good location; fairly easy to get in and out of. The apartment is on the first floor. Would stay again.

The apartment was spotless clean and beautiful. I love how the host provided us with snacks. The apartment also is in a great location because it is surrounded around a lot of stores, grocery stores and restaurants. The host did a great job providing us with all the information and details to have a smooth and easy check in & out which we did. I definitely enjoyed my stay and if I am ever in the Charlotte/Concord area again this apartment would be the first property I would try to book with again immediately.

We came down for a wedding and this place was perfect. Super clean and modern furnishings. The king size bed was so comfortable. Large bathroom with great shower. Very convenient to tones of restaurants and shopping.
The place was amazing but the best part of all was the owner. I messed up our reservation and she went out of her way to accommodate us. Next time we’re in the area, this is where we will stay 100%. Thank you so much for all you did!!

The area was very nice and close to good food and shops. The apartment itself was very clean and put together. The interior was a perfect size for 2-3 people, and it was very cozy and clean. I had a great stay here and I would recommend it for anyone visiting the Charlotte, Concord area!

The apartment, location and outdoor amenities exceeded my expectations. The pool and outdoor sitting areas were very impressive. The location made it a quick trip to Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord Mills and allowed us convenient access to all the the things we were there for in Kannapolis. Would definitley book again.

I gave this place 5 stars because it was modern, well kept, and well constructed (which I'm starting to see isn't a requirement for VRBO). In addition, there were several restaurants and stores within walking distance. Since it's geared for people attending events in the area, if you plan on cooking it's not as well stocked but you can walk to Target or it's a short drive to the nearest supermarket. The supplied materials and cookware are in good condition which is also not a given VRBO properties. I would definitely think about staying here again when in the area. It's also a good value.
