We had the BEST time while staying at Kat’s Cottage! It was perfect for us, layout was great and plenty of room for all of us! The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our dogs and the house was so close to the beach. We will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kat's Cottage! The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was very clean and ready at check-in! Stocked with essential items, such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish liquid soap, laundry liquid, and fabric sheets. The kitchen had the basic utensils needed to cook with. Nice backyard for kiddos and furbabies to run around. I enjoyed sitting on the swing in the backyard. Close and easy access to the beach! We hope to visit Kat's Cottage again and would highly recommend it!

Our stay was an absolute perfect house and location

We stayed at Kat's Cottage for the month of February. It was exactly as described and our few questions and needs were met by Sunshine quickly. The house was perfect for us and the fenced in backyard meant our dog enjoyed it as well. I'd read a previous review about the lack of a good sized skillet, so went prepared. Other than NOT providing a good sized skillet, the kitchen was well equipped. We would DEFINITELY stay at Kat's Cottage again and if (when) we come back to the Forgotten Coast, we'll be checking with Sunshine first. Totally got our money's worth and would Highly Recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Kat's Cottage. Very close to the beach with an easy drive to Port St. Joe or to Panama City Beach if your looking for more touristy activities. The property has beach chairs available which was great. The house really felt comfortable and like a home. Cooking equipment and utensils were sparse. But enough was there to cook if desired. There are 2 living areas which were both very comfortable. We spent more time in the bonus room where we could watch movies or take the dog to the back yard to play fetch. Unfortunately our time at Kat's Cottage was cut short by the city busting the drain pipe. But the property management was quick to move us to another property in Mexico Beach which was equally as nice and convenient. Well definitely be back.

We loved staying at Kat's Cottage, so much so that we added an additional night at the beginning of our stay and one at the end of our stay! The house was clean, in a great location and has a nice lot. Some of my favorite things about this house was the huge family room, the fenced in back yard, the stunning magnolia tree in the back yard and the back yard swing! I loved sitting in the swing looking at that beautiful tree. The yard was nice and level and fenced in. The beds were comfortable. This was a convenient location to the boat ramp in Mexico Beach. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was as advertised, short walk to the beach and very clean. Communication was excellent! House was really big! The only issues were very sparse kitchen supplies…definitely not a cooks kitchen. Also, we had to be out by 9AM which is very difficult after a long stay. I would stay again, but start packing up the night before!
