Location and comfort

There is a great book collection, lots of game, toys for smaller kids, dvds also. I'm always worried the kitchens won't have what I need but this was very well equipped, there were even s'mores sticks. The decor is relaxing. There is plenty of furniture on the balconies. It suited our family of four very well.

Overall it was ok, but the unit needs much cleaning on the carpets and many appliances are in a state of repairs needed. They work, kind of, but its not really acceptable to have those kind of issues when paying this much. Its dog friendly but carpets still need to be shampooed every decade at least ;).

House had all the amenities. Loved the proximity to the beach!

This house was wonderful. Very clean and well kept. Stocked with everything you could need for a fun getaway. Super close to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset and looking at the waves from the two decks while relaxing when we were there. Would stay here again.

We’ve stayed in this complex for 10+ years, at least 15x, this was the first run by Vacasa, that is regretful. You cannot beat the location, seconds to the beach, but all other things were lacking. Sheets were base line and lowest quality, debris and rubbish found under the beds, stains on the upstairs carpets, Ice maker frozen solid from improper maintaining, pans not only dirty, but burned on filth and greasy, which I cleaned. It takes SO little to clean pans, and provide the guest with sharp cutlery, but we got greasy pans and even a knife with the end chipped off, dull as a spring breeze. You cannot beat the location, but anything Vacasa runs is a property we’ll no longer visit.

Automated check-in & information was great. Views & location spectacular. Unfortunately, we were not told about the Laundry Dryer which was broken (according to Vacasa customer service, they were aware of this prior to our stay - but did not mention, or fix prior). Our kids had a wonderful time playing at the beach, however we did a load of laundry w/ all their clothes before realizing the Dryer was broken. Contacted customer service - no solutions and no credits given for the inconvenience. Had to interrupt our one full day (Saturday) to go sit at a local laundromat to dry all of my kids clothes. Given other lodging options, and lack of guest services attempting to make things right... I will likely choose to stay elsewhere on future visits.
