Modern rooms and facilities. Secluded and peaceful. Rooftop was good. Parking under the building was nice and secure. Coles supermarket is in the same block as the accommodation.

Pillows were too fat and firm. Exhaust fan was noisy / Loud.

Unser Appartement war geräumig und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Parramatta liegt etwas außerhalb, aber wir haben den Ort bewusst gewählt, weil zum Jahreswechsel die Unterkünfte in der Innenstadt sehr teuer sind. Es gibt Bars , Restaurants und der River lädt zum Spazieren ein. Auf der Dachterrasse des Hotels haben wir gefrühstückt. Uns hat es gefallen.

Simple clean spacious and airy apartment with all expected inclusions. Modern tiled floor throughout. Good location for our purpose, easy short walking distance to business venue and large supermarket too. Located on new light rail line about a block or so from proposed stop. Note ironing board in wall side cavity beside kitchen bench near coffee/tea. Iron in utility cupboard that also concealed power board and safe. When TV remote was working poorly, the front desk person changed the battery on the spot, and was always welcoming and helpful. House staff were unseen but effective. Would stay again.

TV in lounge uncomfortable for late viewing, we would have preferred TV to be on bench opposite bed.

No room service no food or drinks service Take $200 in bond which doesn't return back to you after 14 days of checkout Expensive with no service and parking facilities I suggest you better stay at a conventional hotel rather then this studio apartment which is priced similar to a conventional hotel rates but the difference being you will not be provided with any type of services here which you will at a conventional hotel as this people doesn't have any staff for any services other then a reception to check you in with no parking facilities and you will be fined if park on the street by the rangers

Room Key was incorrectly coded. Locked out of building (11pm) when we returned late at night for 2 hours Eventually let in by a security Guard at 1am - no answer on the assistance number when we called for help . Next morning front desk indicated it would be manned from 7am - no-one in attendance till 9am locked - out again when going to breakfast.

Parking was handy. Convenient location. Balcony was a good size. Bathroom was a good size.

The basin got blocked and was blocked for the entirety of our stay. Advertised a smart tv but no smart tv- they did provide a HDMI cable but you could only use if if you have a laptop with you that accepts HDMI

The bathroom in the 2 bedroom the smell of the water and the lack of storage to place all your toiletries.

View from balcony and windows (can see dirty alleyway right outside apartment - piled with trash bags), though probably out of hotel’s control.

I liked the comfort, felt like home. The view was nice and has good compliances around the property.
