The house was very spacious. We were a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) and could really spread out in different areas. The pool and hot tub were awesome, we had the pool heated, so could swim anytime. The firepit area was great also. Lots of nice furniture in the pool area. Jason, the owner, answered immediately if I asked him a question. I also liked that he got in touch with me a week before our visit, just to let me know everything was ready for our visit and that we would get an email the day before our visit with the key pad instructions.

Some of the pans and cookie sheets needed to be replaced. Needed more dishwasher pods and washing machine pods.

No complaints here, just a suggestion! We brought a canopy for the beach and ended up using it over the table right outside the back door and with how much it rained while we were there it certainly came in handy! That's where we hung out 90% of the stay. The gazebo was really nice as well but it seemed far away (although it really wasn't). And no one wants to sit on the front porch when the back yard is just so beautiful! I think it would come in handy for other guests. But other than that one handy thing we just happened to have they had everything and more than I could have imagined! It was absolutely exceptional!

The amount of cops that we saw on our short walk to the beach. Not that we were doing anything wrong but to see 3 different cop cars then a 4th follows you to the beach entrance for no reason in the 7 minute walk to the beach is enough to sketch anyone out.
