Beautiful home with everything we needed! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our week at “This Must be the Place.” The home is centrally located down the road from the ferry and marina area, across from the creek access and a short golf cart ride to the market and BHI club. The home is beautifully designed and decorated and appears newly renovated. The owners have thought of every need with beach chairs, beach towels, a keurig, dog items and bed, condiments and spices and laundry needs. There is a relaxing screened in porch and ample room for a large family. We loved the two 6 person golf carts to ride around the island and get to one of the beach access points. No complaints! Would highly recommend.

We stayed at "This Must Be the Place" on Bald Head Island and had an amazing vacation. The house itself was gorgeous and looked brand new. First Floor master was great and the bunkroom upstairs fit all the kids leaving the other two rooms for our friends and their teenagers. They also provided so many great items that we didnt have to bring - beach chairs, beach wagons, beach toys, hard shell coolers, and even a stand-up paddleboard. Not to mention the kayaks are right across the street with an easy put-in on the river. It came with two 6-passenger golf carts that were not only fast, but had Bluetooth speakers and sturdy seatbelts. This was extremely helpful with two families staying in the house together. We like the quietness of being inner island and it was neat to be on the golf course. iTrip customer service was impeccable despite us not having any issues. They texted us before, during and after our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. I love this company and this property - we will definitely be booking again!

If you are heading to Bald Head Island this is the place! The house is beautiful! Newer construction and I have not been to a rental that has been set up this well. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook family dinners. Top of the line appliances, pots, pans, plates, glassware even a variety of spices. Beds were super comfortable and 4 and 1/2 baths is the best when you have a lot of people. Perfect location on the Island with 6 seater golf carts to get you to both of the country clubs which I highly recommend. The screened in porch was my personal favorite. It was nice and peaceful in the mornings to enjoy my coffee. The house was an absolute dream and made our vacation fantastic! Plus we had our dog and he loved the dog house in the staircase! Book it now because this house is so nice if will go fast!

It was a wonderful home and perfect for our family’s annual Mother’s Day beach trip. We were all very impressed by all the detail and thoughtfulness of the home. The location was great as well!

What a beautiful home with so many great amenities! So beautifully decorated and so comfortable!! 6 seater golf carts are top of the line and one had sides that kept us warm when it was cool. Great location on the island. We are already planning our next trip to stay at this gorgeous home! Highly recommend!!

My wife and three kids and our Friends and their kid, had a wonderful time staying here over their spring break. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We explored the island and beaches with the golf carts onsite. Spent time visiting the restaurants and then we enjoyed resting outside on the deck. We were also able to spend an afternoon on the kayaks. The communication before the trip and during was always friendly and very helpful. I would rent through the team again in the future. This was our 3rd trip to BHI, and this home was perfect for our family of 4, but could have easily accommodated a larger party as well. The kitchen was adequately stocked with all the spices, condiments, utensils, & cookware we needed to cook every meal. Correspondence with the owners was easy & excellent...very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.
