Everything about the house was fantastic. The kids really enjoyed the duck pond. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and check in/out was simple. Can’t wait to go back.

Twin sisters & two cousin sisters spent the weekend in Bay St Louis. The house and location was just fabulous.

The property was wonderful and walking distance to everything. As previously mentioned, is right by a train track with several trains running through the night.
The house was wonderful with a lovely. Loved loved the screened in back porch to sit and drink coffee while viewing the duck pond.
We had a great stay here and would definitely stay here again!

It was a great cottage! Beautiful view!!! Great location for walking to Beach Blvd if you are in good shape.. and we were !! We definitely enjoyed the lil strip mall on Blaise Street. Good foods and nice folks !!! We rented golf cart and it was great!!! 👍

I loved staying in the railroad district. It was convenient to everything! Busy enough to make you feel in the mix, but relaxing and peaceful at the same time. The view of the duck pond outside was a special bonus and i read a book on the screened porch for hours. The house was spotless, the beds comfortable and the entire house was well appointed and pretty as could be. We love BSL and go often we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The host was communicative and available the entire trip. We are already planning our next trip!

The house was very clean!! Easy access to everything, especially the craft fair we wanted to attend. There are trains that come by every now and then, no biggy… my 18 month old grandson slept right threw them. The adults were actually awake when they came by and it didn’t both us. The screened in porch was great… it was nice sitting outside looking at the pond with the ducks. We will definitely come back and rent the same place again!!!

This little cottage is perfect for a girls weekend! We did have some AC issues when we checked in but Renee had someone come out immediately to repair it! Great location!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We were minutes away from great shopping and food. We lived on the screened in porch that overlooks a lovely pond with fountains and ducks. While we were in town during a heatwave, Renee made sure everything was perfect and cool and comfortable. She went out of her way to make sure we had wonderful experience. Will definitely stay again! Everyone had a great time on property and out and about.

We loved this little cottage so much that we plan to book again. It was clean and had all the basics needed for a long weekend. Our 3 year old grandson loved the duck pond out back, the train station/trains nearby and the city park around the corner. The beach and all of our favorite shops were nearby without dealing with the traffic(walk, bike or rent a golf cart).

The home is wonderful, clean, and cozy! We absolutely love the screen porch, great kitchen, and wonderful family feel! The location is also perfect, and we loved being by the pond!

This little cottage was the perfect size and layout for a family of four with older children. We enjoyed the park and the ducks behind the house. It was chilly during our visit, so we would love to come back and take better advantage of the park, the screened porch, bikes, etc. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants in Old Town. Rental was in perfect location to beach side restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable!We walked everywhere. Had a duck one behind us which was unexpected and beautiful.

We spent the weekend in Bay St.Louis with our 2 young daughters. The house was ideal for us. It backs up to a pond with a walking trail and plants if ducks to feed. We enjoyed the screened in back porch the most.

We spent a beautiful, peaceful week at this house and can’t wait to come back. It had everything we needed for our family: comfortable beds, a great kitchen, a screened-in porch with comfy lounging chairs and sofas, and a washer/dryer. The location truly can’t be beat: there’s a duck pond in the backyard, a playground nearby and Main Street a short walk away. Joey was a dream to work with and even allowed us to check out a few hours late, since our flight wasn’t until the evening. We can’t recommend this gem of a home enough.

So much to love about this property! Lots of time spent on the screen porch... watching the ducks... parking our cars and walking to church, shops, and restaurants. We felt very safe in this little neighborhood. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

Train traffic close to the house was locked d at night. The house was awesome as was the park behind the house. Overall it was a great stay.

My family and I evacuated for Hurricane Ida and couldn’t return home right away. Mr. Maneri was very helpful and responded quickly whenever I needed to talk to him during our stay.

The home was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, well maintained and beautiful. We enjoyed the ducks and looking out into the park each morning. Everything we needed was on site and the beach was only a few blocks away. Definitely the best rental we have used so far when visiting Bay St. Louis.

Had a great stay here in June 2021. The location is an easy walk to the beach and old town BSL. It is adjacent to the train tracks and the trains are loud and it's on the duck pond and the ducks are loud.... something to consider if you want quiet while you are sleeping. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened-in side porch.
