This was one of the cleanest properties we've ever visited. The house was very well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend escape. Cabin was well stocked with all utensils and cookware. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Would definitely return again.

Cabin was centrally located and perfect for home base for our family to hike Hocking Hills, Online description of cabin was accurate and having on bedroom on each level worked great for our family with a teenager. We also enjoyed the hot tub and games on lower level at night.

My wife and I stayed here with our son. The cabin was as advertised! The location was perfect for easy access to Logan and Hocking Hills State Park. The cabin offered many games to keep us entertained during our stay. Anna went above and beyond to make sure our stay was superb and communication was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Me my wife and two young boys had a wonderful time at the cabin . It was are first time to Hocking hills and couldn't have picked a better cabin and location. Anna the host was very quick to answer and help with any questions we had . We had a great time and definitely will be back to enjoy the relaxing setting and comforts the cabin and Hocking hills have to offer!

This cabin was everything we needed and more! It was very clean, and exactly how it’s pictured online (no surprises). The kitchen is fully stocked. There are plenty of towels/washcloths/hand towels. Good selection of board games, puzzles, and video games. The hot tub is clean. They even have fans stored in each bedroom closet (for those who like to sleep with a fan on). We had a question about firewood for the fire pit and Anna was very quick to respond (they don’t provide firewood, but the previous guest left some there. However, if you do need some, it can be purchased just down the road). Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! 😊

Great location for hiking, not too far off of 33. We recommend bringing some bottled water if you aren't used to drinking off a well. Plenty of activities/games if you're stuck inside on a rainy day.

The cabin was clean and well equipped. The deck was large and comfortable - even on a rainy day. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed deer walking around the property and the birds singing in the trees.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean and Anna was a great host! Our kids enjoyed the games and the hot tub and we had fun hiking and exploring.

Quick trip to Hocking Hills for day hikes. The property was exactly as appears on pictures - very clean, great layout and great communication from the host. Drive to Old Man's Cave is about 13 minutes away and getting to cabin off of Route 33 is very easy. Great place!

This was a great place to stay! It had plenty of entertainment at the place as well as being a great location when it comes to hiking! 10/10 recommend

My family and I (2 adults, 4 kids and our dog) stayed in this cabin for a long weekend. I can’t say enough about the host, the cabin itself, and the location of the house. Anna, the host, was so sweet and attentive before, after, and during our stay. She frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself is warm and cozy. It has every amenity that you can think of (towels for the hot tub, spices, coffee, sugar/cream, a separate space for the kids to play with lots of activities to keep them busy, and propane if you choose to grill). The cabin is situated close to the trails and other activities in hocking hills. It snowed while we were in town so the views were wonderful.We hope to be back soon.

The property was in a great location. We had so much fun here. The trails for hocking hills were only 10 mins for here. Walmart and Kroger were about ten too. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Thanks again.

Very comfortable and convenient to trails and Logan. Very nice indoor gas fire place and we used the out door fire pit as well.

We loved the cabin, it was clean and cozy, the fireplace was great! We only used the hot tub once, but it was warm and clean. It’s a very relaxing getaway.

Cabin was amazing! Clean and comfy with everything you need. The weather was COLD our entire stay, but the cabin was warm and cozy. The fireplace and hot tub were perfect for the occasion! Location was great, spent time in the freezing temps at Hocking Hills and got some outstanding photographs. Anna was awesome, checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed or if she could be of assistance. Will definitely be returning!

Very quiet and peaceful

We had a WONDERFUL time at this cabin! It was very clean AND inviting. I felt relaxed as soon as I stepped through the door. We found it to be super kid friendly and allowed the kids to have our own space so that we could have ours. The fire pit is great and the hot tub was very clean! The beds were super comfortable and we loved having a bathroom on each floor. Great spot to unplug and unwinds.

This is THE PLACE to stay if you’re looking for a weekend getaway with friends! The host, Anna, demonstrates the best communication throughout your stay. She goes above and beyond to check in and accommodate the needs of you and your party. The Zen Oak Retreat is exactly as described. It’s a beautiful place to sit outside and porch swing with your morning coffee, sit by the fire in the evening, or simply lounge around and catch up with old friends. My party had an incredible experience from start to end.

Place was very clean. Close to everything we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked. Loved the porch and hot tub. Lower level was a bit chilly. Also if staying for more than 2 days bring extra TP. All the other extras like sugar, salt pepper and coffee was nice. Look for extra trash bags in bottom of can not under sink! Great stay we would return!

Excellent place, couldn't have been a better vacation. We hiked, kayaked, and hung out at the hot tub. 10-10 would recommend.

The location and cabin were beautiful. The birthday note and gift of pancakes and syrup were very thoughtful. My son greatly appreciated that. The hot tub was very nice! Had a very nice, relaxing weekend.

The owner took the time to leave a card and an anniversary message for us. This is a very nice cabin and close to the local attractions.
