Cet hôtel est devenu mon point de chute habituel pour mes déplacements, l’emplacement est parfait, la plage agréable, le restaurant très bon et le rapport qualité prix imbattable pour les environs.

Petit déjeuner très moyen

Manque d écoute du personnel. Et fête le soir dans une autre chambre. Ça fait deux fois. Très dur pour se reposer, surtout avec les enfants. Plateau repas réserver et toujours attendu sans autre solution alors qu'il y avait le couvre feu et que j était avec mes filles

Les petits pain au chocolat sont un peu brûlé, la propreté de la baignoire laisse à désirer ainsi que ceux des taies d’oreiller visiblement la coloration des cheveux d’une personne y était toujours

Nous avons fait notre halte d une nuit et un jour pour rejoindre notre île d habitation Marie Galante car maintenant on arrive trop tard de Roissy pour avoir un bateau ..c est pour nous handicapes le plus fonctionnel de la POINTE Laverdure

De n y être pas restés pluss longtemps !!! La chambre 105 pour handicapés est parfaite mais aurait besoin d un petit coup de peinture( il y a de la moisissure sur les murs)

The breakfast is poor the hotel is old and everything is not maintained properly the price is too high for this kind of accommodations The bar not open before 3pm you can’t get even a coffee .. No proper lunch proposed only snacks ..

The young lady at Reception was very friendly and helpful. Internet was quick. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was great. After the issues and delays with AF, the long waits & flights from Europe to Guadeloupe having a good shower was most welcoming

The restaurant was closed although based on the time it should have been open. The area around the hotel grounds were quite dark. The pillows in the room were extremely small for what looked like a king size bed. There was only one thin sheet, no blankets and the AC temp couldn't be moved to have a warmer room - the room was extremely cold. Sitting on the sofa a cockroach ran from underneath towards the coffee table. The hotel cost was very expensive for what essentially was a motel room with no frills. atmosphere etc., and furniture and rooms that needs updating. The location was around 20 minutes form the airport and left a lot to be desired especially going out to find a place to eat and the area/road around the hotel was very dark. The price doesn't compare to what I've booked in Miami for less.

Seems like the hotel hasn’t been maintained since it’s construction so everything is old and rusty. The toilets in my room were not very clean and walls are thin so I could hear the neighbors and the animals outside - no double-glazed windows… Restaurant doesn’t serve proper food for lunch. It is not a 3 star hotel and the price per night is not worth it at all.

This is a well-situated hotel on a beautiful beach with several good restaurants and a small grocery store close by. They'll also make you a panini in the shop located in the lobby. A kitchenette is located on the room's balcony and provides a lovely space to cook and eat. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. The ambience is simple and the vibe relaxing.

The bar and restaurant at the beach could have been open for more time during the day to accommodate those who want to enjoy food and drinks while at the beach.

the bathroom was dirty, the room was never cleaned, and the staff refused at first to provide a blanket. When I insisted, they provided one, then demanded it back the following day. The towels for the beach are at the front desk, and they have to be returned rather than room cleaning taking care of them. The beach bar never opened during the afternoon on wed or thursday. Breakfast ends at 0930! The chickens are very noisy, and the outside kitchen on the balcony was damaged.

there were electrical hazards, non functioning outdoor kitchen, outlets falling out of wall, exposing dangerous love wires. shower door didn’t work. the staircases are kind of dangerous and the parking was taken up by non hotel guests. the set menu at the restaurant was disappointing and wifi didn’t work

The location was perfect, nice pool, my son enjoyed the hot tube, the colorful lights at night are beautiful, the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful.

They should have more choices when it comes to breakfast, it gets a lil bored having to eat the samething every morning
