Great property. Easy check in and communication with the owner.

The stay was exactly what we expected. The house was well appointed and had everything you would need for a few nights away. It was an easy 25ish minute drive to campus but never felt that long. It is also 3 miles from downtown Northampton allowing for great restaurants and shopping. The fenced yard was a plus for the dogs. Would definitely stay here again

The large fenced in yard can't be beat for me. If you are traveling with a tiny dog the gaps under fence may be a problem. But unless you aren't supervising them and your dog like to escape, you will be fine. Screened in porch is great when the weather is nice. We were here in March so it was cold. It gives you a sheltered place to watch dogs or kids in the yard. Take care of the thorny plants in middle of yard. Both my dogs learned that the thorns are painful. House was nice. We had everything we needed. Things were not perfect but they never are, even my own home. My husband did end up with a small cut on forhead due to living room shade falling when he pushed it up to open. It didn't appear to have the clips to hold it in like the others. I did make manager aware and I am sure he handled it. The house is on a residential street but a busy street that you should back in to help get out of there. Several fast food choices very close. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

This house was clean, extra towels and linems. able to enjoy an outside fire with my kids. Close to everything we needed and wanted to do.

We enjoyed our stay at this house, which was clean and well equipped. It was winter so we didn't get a chance to use the very large yard or any of the outdoor amenities, but they look terrific.

The house is nicely decorated and the beds were fantastic! The tv room in the basement was a bonus. Unfortunately we were unable to use the outside as it was too cold but there is a huge fenced yard and fire pit. The house was perfect for our needs as a stopping point to visit nearby colleges. Just be aware especially if you have pets and little kids that it is on a main road. Not a problem just something to be aware of.

Perfect location…minutes from Smith College. The house was modern, clean and had everything available for our family to spend time together over our daughter’s graduation weekend. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, washer/dryer and detergent available and all linens, were available in the house for our use. Abundance of towels, washcloths, extra pillows, blankets etc. all available for our use. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the open deck to soak up the sun. The house had 2 separate living areas letting us be able to have some space. Pet friendly is always a plus. The property liaison and entire Evolve management team were super responsive to my requests for the weekend. Great experience.

What a perfect place to stay for our daughters graduation from UMASS! We stayed with my parents. The house was itself was clean and decorated beautifully! The back yard, covered porch and deck were so perfect for enjoying meals or morning coffee. But the most wonderful thing was connecting with our host! I had a few questions before the trip that were answered quickly. The night before check out I requested a late check out to spend more time with our daughter before heading home. Our host graciously accepted and allowed us to stay until noon! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this trip overall. Thank you!!!
