Our family spent 3 1/2 peaceful weeks in the Lake House on Lake Martin. The house was very clean upon arrival and had pretty much everything we needed. (Don't forget to bring your own bathing towels for swimming though). The location ist very good (near Dadeville and just a minute or two away from the new Lake Martin grocery which has a very big selection of groceries) and the view beautiful. This house comes highly recommended. The whole family loved it (we have 3 adult children).

This was the perfect house for a long weekend on Lake Martin! There is plenty of room inside & out for families to enjoy lake-life activities. We took our boat out every day, fished, swam, cooked, played corn hole & just enjoyed spending time with family that we don't get to do often!

We love this lake house and would love to come back, they had everything we needed. The upper deck was our favorite part, it was cooler up there and we could just relax. I would recommend to anyone!

The house was great. Quite cove. Some traffic out on the main channel but just enough to keep it enjoyable.

Two great porches to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your drink in the evening. I wish I had booked it for longer.

We were in town for the Auburn graduation. The house was clean, with plenty of room, especially on the decks and the dock. Check in/check out instructions were very simple, and the info binder had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Great value compared to hotels in Auburn, especially at graduation time.

Great property! Lots of room to spread out inside, but you’ll really stay outside most of the time. The upper and lower decks are fantastic, with enough comfortable seating for everyone (23 seats total, not including 4 on the covered dock). We sat and watched boats, birds, and relaxed in the Adirondack chairs. Plus, zero bugs/mosquitos! Don’t know how you accomplished that, but thanks. Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean too. 30 minutes from downtown Auburn, and great restaurants within 5 minutes from house. Will definitely return.

Grew up coming to Lake Martin in the late 1960's. The property is a home but has the rustic feel of a cabin. The lot with all the trees, waterfront and wildlife reminds me of the lake long ago. The weather was gorgeous and the water like glass. Very relaxing and had time to unwind and enjoy.

House was great, beautiful deck and view. Parking was a little tight, could not park my truck and boat trailer at house. Other than that, everything was great.

We all had the best time! The view from top deck was beautiful while dinning. The house has a nice homey feel. We swam and grilled a couple of nights and if we didnt feel like cooking we drove a short distance to local restraunts. The entire family had an amazing time!! We certainly plan to visit again❤

The lake house was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. Don’t be fooled by the dated interior. It’s like stepping back into a Time Machine. Everything was immaculately clean. The owner has detailed instructions about everything possible. Things like light switches are labeled so there’s no guessing on what it controls. The outside areas are what gives this property a Max star rating. The owner has a lily pad for the dock for lounging in the lake and there is a paddle boat too. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The house is 3 levels and it’s perfect for a multi family vacation.

Just like it was described. Location perfect. Everything we needed to have a group of friends get away. Would definitely recommend!
