Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very pleasant stay in a perfect location, walking distance to town and beach. Lovely garden outlook. Feel the property is best suited to one family(we were 2 couples) as the upstairs is not quite as nice as downstairs. Stairs are very narrow and steep and the only bathroom is downstairs. However the house was well appointed and very clean and well stocked.

The bush setting out the back was stunning. But the property needs a deep clean to clear the musty smells. Another issue was the population of mosquitoes and midges. We had to buy insect repellent, as well as spray for my legs. I was severely bitten. The washing machine rubber seals were also full of mould, as were all of the outdoor cushions, which need replacing. All in all the property is very tired.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. It’s a perfect place to have a dog- we could sit on the back deck and watch her, knowing the yard was fully fenced & safe. The beds were very comfortable. Although it looks like a quiet street on the map, there was a lot of road noise. The third ‘bedroom’ isn’t private: you need to go through it to get to the main bedroom and the bathroom. The two upstairs rooms are not advised for anyone with mobility issues- very steep, narrow stairs. There was a mix up with the information about what amenities are on the property and where to get the keys, so I suggest double-checking before arriving. Anna from Elders was incredibly helpful & polite.
