Good location, plenty of space and clean! Communication with the host was excellent!

This property was close to everything and had the most comfortable beds. Host was very easy to get in contact with and the place was spotless. Would stay again

The home was the perfect size for my siblings and me. The beds were very comfy and the entire place was extremly clean! The location couldn't be beat, we were able to walk to main street and all of our desired locations and restaurants! The host was very kind and responsive. Thank you!!

Getting there and getting in went well. Entered house and walked to back to view patio area and one of the blind attachments fell on the floor before we got there. We laid it on the TV stand. Blind broken in bedroom at top of stairs. No washer/dryer that was mentioned in the details of the house. TV remote didn't have a volume control. No remote for TV in bedroom at top of stairs. Microwave door would not open. Could not get in touch with property manager, had no phone number and the internet password wouldn't work. So it was a nice house, but too many issues. It looked like it's new or recently remodeled and that we were maybe the first ones to stay there, because things were not finished.

Me and my Mom enjoyed staying at this property while meeting family in Helen. It was a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay near all Helen's activities. James was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. If we are back in the area we would definitely enjoy staying there again. Great place to stay!

Patty's Place is exactly as describe, and we were very happy with our choice. Super clean, comfortable beds, great location. We definitely recommend and will stay again if we are back near Helen.

The place was clean, nice and spacious. Location was walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Accommodations are new with a convenient set up and the beds were super comfortable. The location was convenient within walking distance to shops, restaurants as indicated. We also found a nice playground close by for our little one which was an added plus. Just a few items could be slightly tweaked. We greatly appreciated the kind and attentive responsiveness by the hosts making it really an enjoyable experience.

We all enjoyed the stay. The house is clean and accommodating. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but what time we did was great.

In Helen and North Georgia area for a couple of days for local dining, hiking, etc - property was very comfortable and convenient - perfect for two couples with comfortable upstairs bedrooms and private bath rooms for each. Would stay again!

We selected to stay at this lovely condo b/c its only 0.7miles to the Beir Garden & no taxi service in Helen. We walked & were able to fully enjoy our Oktoberfest to the fullest & walk home. The key lock was a little hatd to get into but we did. Beds comfortable, ensuite bathrooms & half bath downstairs. Kitchen has new appliances in good working order & it woupd be a great place for e couple or a small family. Just a stones throw from the river. We'll be back!

The property was just as described. It was a pleasant walk to the Oktoberfest activities (about a mile). Check-in instructions were easy. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the entire place was very clean. We highly recommend this property.

Great location to the center of town. Condo was very clean, everything you needed for your stay. The only negative I could say about the place is, there was no washer and dryer. When I go somewhere that is not a hotel, I like to have the option to wash my clothes, so I don't have to go home with dirty clothes.

We were very comfortable. Patty’s Place is very spacious. The TV was a nice size for our “movie day.” The bedrooms were especially nice. Large beds, extra large closets, and nice bathrooms were a great benefit. I would definitely return to this home.

We totally enjoyed our stay the place was Immaculate upon arrival. Property manager was always available. Beds were comfy bathrooms were clean I think it's brand new. We enjoyed walking around ths area and sitting on the back patio having a glass of wine. It was perfect and I look forward to going back

Extremely clean and well stocked unit. Had plenty of space for two couples to have their own bedroom and bathroom! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future!

We had an AMAZING stay! Lynn was the perfect host. She was caring and responsive and so understanding when we had to make changes to our dates and a little “accident” with our 5 year old. This place was beautiful and so clean! It was really nice for the kids to have their own room, bathroom, and TV for winding down at night. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If I had a couple critiques it would have been nice to have a few extra blankets for snuggling on the couch and a coffee table or end tables. This place will not disappoint! It’s in a perfect location close to Helen! Thank you Lynn!! We’ll see you again!

Perfect place to stay in Helen. Exceptionally clean, quit, and a great location. Nice layout and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Far enough from downtown crowd but just minutes away from everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location with all the necessities. Beds were very comfortable and linens were good quality. We enjoyed Helen and the hike to Anna Ruby Falls. Nice getaway for our family.

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in Helen wont disappoint.

We liked the location to town and the plave was clean and felt like we were home. We are definitely coming back here.
