Wir hatten über die Booking.com Website das Economy Zimmer gebucht, vor Ort standen wir dann in einem Plastikcontainer, der aufgeheizt war, kein richtiges Badezimmer und ein nur 1,20m großes Bett hatte. Auf der Website sind keine Bilder dieses Zimmers zu sehen, lediglich über die App. Eine absolute Frechheit. Für einen Aufpreis von 35€ haben wir dann für zwei Nächte ein „besseres“ Zimmer erhalten, welches allerdings voller Staub war und das Bad einen sehr üblen Geruch aufwies. Mit Urlaub hatte das leider nichts zu tun. Für die letzte Nacht mussten wir uns dann selbst etwas organisieren und sind im „Vela Terraces“ untergekommen. Tausend mal schöner und besser!!

The bars located around the Hotel can get loud and make it hard to sleep. But it doesn’t go until late. The bedroom can get quite bright in the morning.

Personal war sehr freundlich, Lage zentral aber ruhig

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend, in einer quirligen Umgebung mit Läden und Restaurants. Mein Favorit war das japanische Sushirestaurant um die Ecke und das GYM in der Straße. Die Nähe zum Strand ist einfach toll. Der Fernseher hat alle Programme empfangen, die man sich nur vorstellen kann.

Das Zimmer hatte leider kein Außenfester.

La pulizia della camera ed in generale in tutta la struttura cosa assolutamente non comune nelle Filippine. Buon servizio colazione, possibilità di prenotare in loco massaggi, escursioni, servizio lavanderia, affitto scooter. Gentili e sempre disponibili.

Che ho pagato il servizio lavanderia maggiorato in modo tale che mi differenziassero i bianchi dai colorati ma comunque mi sono ritrovato con alcune maglie scambiate

Las habitaciones bien equipadas con lo justo y necesario, cama cómodas, y las instalaciones en general estaban bien. La ubicación esta bien si tienes un scooters pero no es la mejor.

El staff era un desastre, no estaban muy dispuestos a ayudarte, no entendían muy bien ingles, si les pedias algo te ponían mala cara o se reían de ti, estaba todo muy desorganizado. La verdad encontré que les falto mas empatía y mas ganas de darte un buen servicio

Wir waren in zwei verschiedenen Zimmerkategorien deshalb splitte ich auf. Allgemein: - nettes Personal - schöne Anlage - leckeres Frühstück - Kaffee, Saft und Wasser immer zugänglich und kostenlos - unkomplizierter Rollerverleih (600 PHP für 12h/ Medium) - Restaurants etc. in Laufweite Queensize Bedroom: - schönes Zimmer - Dusche mit Duschvorhang (kein fluten des Bads) - Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Zimmer - sauber Economy Doppelzimmer: - sauber - klein aber fein - ebenfalls Sitzmöglichkeiten

Wir mussten 2x die Zimmer wechseln, da die Zimmerkategorien nicht für 4 Nächte verfügbar waren. Leider mussten wir jedes Mal warten, bis wir in die Zimmer konnten, obwohl wir erst nach den Tagestouren gegen 17:00/17:30 Uhr am Hotel waren. Es hätte also genug Zeit gegeben, das Zimmer schon vorher her zu richten. Kein großer Kritikpunkt, nur ein bisschen ärgerlich. Economy Doppelzimmer: - Mini Bad, wird beim duschen komplett nass. Man duscht quasi zwischen Waschbecken und Toilette. Wasser läuft nicht gut ab, somit ist der Boden immer nass - Toilettenspülung nicht stark, man muss immer mehrmals spülen - Bett ca. 120cm, für zwei Personen doch sehr eng - Luftfeuchtigkeit sehr hoch. Alles wird klamm/feucht

A szállás, egyszerű, de tiszta volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A náluk foglalható kirándulások nagyon jók és a városi irodáknál kedvezőbb áruak.

Well located, clean, breakfast are awesome and all the team are just great! Spécial thank to their manager she is so nice! She has been welcome us with coffee at 4 AM and she booked us a great boat excursion leaving at 8!

Decent value for money for the Philippines, good air con and comfortable beds. Basic rooms as you’d expect for the price. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Location - it’s a 15 min walk out of town uphill, but you get more for your money as a result.

The owners were very accommodating. Location is perfect near the busy road where there are many restaurants. The room is very spacious. Very relaxing vibe!

Nous avons ajouté une nuit et malheureusement nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre économique qui sont en fait des algecos, autant vous dire que nous avons entendu les voisins une bonne partie de la nuit. La salle de bain y est très mal aménagée et les robinets tiennent à peine...quel dommage de terminer le séjour ainsi Lorsque vous désirez un service supplémentaire qui n est pas indiqué, demandez bien le prix avant, comme pour le service Laundry ou des sandwichs...vous pourriez être surpris par les tarifs excessivement chers.

Posizione appena fuori dal caos di Coron e raggiunbile a piedi o con tuc-tuc a basso prezzo. La struttura ha una corte interna in cui è presente un bar dove poter trovare caffè, thè e acqua inclusi nel prezzo del soggiorno. È inoltre possibile prenotare la colazione con un prezzo aggiuntivo ma economico. Camera pulita e personale molto disponibile.

La camera è un po' piccola e umida (ma pulita), sarebbe necessario un po' di manutenzione.

Location is a not close to the harbor or beach.

Nice location, helpful stuff and convenient shuttle to airport

The location is relatively convenient. Staff are quick to reply to Booking.com messages.

Upon entry to our room, we noticed the toilet was completely broken and the shower was positioned at an angle that made it impossible to use. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they stated that they would fix the bathroom the next day when we were out. Unfortunately, we accepted this and put up with an unusable bathroom for one night. The next morning I left my key at the reception and let them know that the toilet required fixing before leaving for the day. When we came back at night, I was informed by the staff that the maintenance man wasn’t around and hence the bathroom hadn’t been fixed. I asked them what they would do about the situation and the staff replied that we should just put up with it for another night. I explained that this was unacceptable, as we expect working facilities upon booking, and a toilet is classified as one of the most basic facilities. The staff essentially just apologised and told me that we had to wait one more day instead of trying to rectify the situation. I insistently told them that this wasn’t acceptable and finally they agreed to have a look at it. A worker who clearly wasn’t maintenance entered and secured two hair-ties to the toilet and called it fixed. Appalling service, would not recommend a stay here.

Great installations, good location, nice staff

I thought the location was decent enough with a 15 minute walk to the central of the town or around 8 minutes when the restaurants start popping up. The bathroom and the bed was clean. Staff was polite and helpful when I asked them questions and assistance catching my ship in the early hours of the morning.

The sink that I had in room 104 had a blocked drain so there was a build up of water.

Nice room with two single beds. You have a restaurant in the hotel where you can have breakfast. The staff is nice and very helpful. You can book your activities for the day at the reception and a tricycle will come to get you. You have really nice restaurants at 10/15 minutes walking. There is a nice spa/massage place really close to the hotel in a small street that we recommand ! If you have to go to the aiport, the reception arrange a shared van for you that will pick you at the hotel and go straight to the airport after collecting all the passengers.

The owners were very kind and accomodating to us. I enjoyed the complimentary cappucino they gave us on Christmas day. I also like the fact that the property is in a peaceful part of Coron but also near the town proper.

There was a little problem with the shower drain, but it didn't ruin our stay anyway.

Odalar biraz küçük, eşyaları koyacak fazla yer yok. Buzdolabı yok. Tek çeşit yastık var ve aşırı yüksek. Otelden aldığımız turdan pek memnun kalmadık, (hem tur rehberi işini zorla yapıyor gibiydi hem de zamanı düzgün ayarlayamadıkları için turun tamamını yapamadan geri döndük) çalıştıkları şirketi gözden geçirmeleri iyi olabilir.
