Pros: Living room and Kitchen are spacious. Parking at the rear of the house. Location near downtown Plymouth if it's where a guest needs to be. Cons (photos and videos available to verify; shared with VRBO) Master bedroom only allows a bed against a wall and a dresser with TV. No room for a closet or a night stand. Inaccurate WiFi instructions on the check in document. Many broken items: toilet seat cracked in the front middle section, door knobs missing on closet doors, no door handle to the basement, broken linen closet door in the bathroom, blinds are broken (cannot fully cover the windows for privacy or lighting outside even in the main bedroom), several windows weren't closed when we arrived (security concerns).  Unclean: spiders and spider webs abound on the front porch especially the mailbox, same spider issues in the basement, mildew  smelling bathroom and basement, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, stained sheets, half bandage left on the floor outside the shower, towels showing spots. Misleading 2nd bedroom: there is a couch in the basement (not made as a bed though we paid for a 2nd bedroom), no door handle, wooden stairs leading down are steep and shaky, no windows. Not habitable for us. Worn furniture and sparse supplies. Inadequate compensation for cancelling 2 more nights. Received VRBO goodwill credits that account for some of the loss. VRBO policy doesn't hold host accountable for adequate refunds. A lesson learned of renting a VRBO property. Not again.

We had plenty of room for 4 adults. It was a short walk to downtown.

The hosts were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The house was very clean. My only suggestions would be to have a real bed, rather than a pull out couch, in the downstairs unit and to have more dishes, wine glasses. Also the tv upstairs needs to be on a swivel stand for better viewing.

We came in for a bowling tournament and house was decent. Better yet was the location. Close walk to Main Street downtown which was wonderful.

The place was good clean i was overly surprised at how big the spot actually was . I would definitely stay there again

Stayed for a hockey tournament and this was so much better than a hotel. For the price, best deal in town.
