The townhouse is as pictured- extremely clean, kitchen decently stocked, comfortably furnished. We are 5 adult women who rented for a weekend hiking getaway. We ate dinner out one night but prepared all other meals at the house. Would definitely stay again! Please note there is no A/C. It was cool at night so the opened windows cooled the house sufficiently.

Slope side condo on Hunter Mountain convenient to the many attractions of the Catskills.

This mountainside home was perfect for our Catskills getaway. The home had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. Amanda was easy to communicate with and very fast replying to messages, even over a holiday weekend. We're a family of 4 and had more than enough room (my daughter loved hanging out in the loft area). You could easily have a family of 5 or 6 stay here without feeling like you're on top of one another. Parents with young children may not like that the bedrooms are on separate floors, but with our older kids, we appreciated the separation. Having 2 bathrooms made life so much easier when getting ready for the day. Loved the in-unit laundry as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Paper towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies were plentiful. The bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. We were able to use our sign ins on our streaming accounts and had no issues. Overall cell phone reception is good in the area too. The home was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see. Only a 10-30 minute drive to many of the popular hikes and towns nearby. Tannersville and Hunter had a nice selection of restaurants and shops. The Tops grocery store was nice. Overall, the neighborhood was very quiet, which was a nice surprise over a holiday weekend. I assume it gets busy during the winter months with skiing right next door. This is a great home and we would return again!
