Very efficient property layout for a small family. Very well appointed. Third floor is a bit of an effort after a day of skiing but manageable. Met the four, two adults, two kids, of our needs. Great access to the slopes, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Would rent again.

The condo was clean, remodeled, and in a perfect location.

Great property and location. Amenities in the unit were fantastic and very comfortable. Views of the lake were impressive. Communication from the property manager was great and check-in was a breeze.

Conveniently located to Keystone resort and a great place to relax all together after a long day on the slopes. Unit is on 3rd floor so climbing up and down on tired legs make sure you don’t forget anything! The unit itself is very nice, spacious with a wonderful view of the lake and lots of comfortable seating and a nice tv. It was spotless and had everything we needed (we cooked in one night and had take out another) Bring your own ice for beverages. Beds were comfortable with memory foam toppers and ample pillows. Plenty of towels, washcloths and toilet paper in each bath and travel size toiletries were provided. One “filter less” package of coffee (similar to a hotel) was provided which means you still need to bring coffee if you actually stay more than one night or make more than one pot. Small Keurig in the unit but you’ll need your own pods. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a great value. FYI - hot tub is indoors in another building which requires a short walk outdoors. We would definitely stay again!

I came to Colorado to play in an outdoor pond hockey tournament that was supposed to be played on Lake Dillon. It was moved to Georgetown, about 25 miles away.. I enjoyed this centrally located condo so much that even though it’s kind of far from Georgetown , we will stay here again. Plenty of room for a family of five, all the amenities you could ever need, and breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Very close to Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckenridge.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is in an older building, but the unit has been updated nicely and is perfectly located across from the reservoir and amphitheater. The 3rd floor location lends the unit some privacy and the views are fantastic. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are updated and clean. The condo could use more towels (only 4 bath towels in a unit that sleeps 4-5) and some beach towels for the clubhouse/hot tubs would have been nice. Also, we had trouble figuring out the coffee makers and kourig, and, contrary to the management company info, we had supply for only one morning. These issues weren't deal breakers, only suggestions for improvement for a new listing. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would consider the unit in the future.

This condo was absolutely awesome! So clean, had comfortable beds, great location (we skied at Keystone and it was such an easy drive), nice appliances, so many good restaurants nearby, all the amenities you could ever need, etc.! We’ll be back. And go TCU Frogs! 😊

This condo was a great place to stay! It was clean, had cookware and extra towels/linens, and a great view. I would definitely stay here again! One thing to note is that it is on the 3rd story so be prepared for stairs.

The condo had all amenities we would need, even some we didn't think we would need. The views were very pretty, especially with the snow. There was a lot of communication prior and during our stay so we knew if we needed anything we would be covered. It was on the third floor so bringing skiis and gear was a little tiring but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend for sure.

Good location, clean, easy to get to, beautiful scenery

Beautiful, spacious condo with breathtaking views and convenient location. We enjoyed running and biking by the lake, hiking, and spending time at the Silverthorne rec center.

The unit has been beautifully upgraded. Lake Cliffe is a very nice development. The owners are taking good care of the facilities. We stayed in two different units for a family gathering and both were well kept and well appointed. This unit gets added kudos for the washer/dryer. Not all units in Lake Cliffe have them in-unit.
