Location close to public beaches, many restaurants, windsurfing and kitesurfing schools The place is attended by the owners, lovely family!!💙 and always with a smile. You can see lots of effort to maintain the place in a good shape. Mr. Is always working on something. Mrs is always available I wouldn’t understand a bad review , they give you toothpaste shampoo towel etc Once in the shared room the bed feels private, they also provide you a locker with a lock. Lovely rooftop where you can see the sea!!

The location of the property was perfect for the town and beach. Although communication was sometimes difficult with the staff we used WhatsApp to arrange a tour of the sand dunes which picked us up and dropped us off at the home stay (definitely recommend the sunrise keep tour) and they arranged the bus to Ho Chi Minh to pick us from outside the homestay. The owner stayed with us to ensure the bus came for us. All easily arranged through WhatsApp with the owner. Lovely rooftop space, the place is much bigger than we expected.

It wasn’t the most clean (dead frogs and cockroaches in the corridors) and the interior is strange - pictures of windows rather than actual window access. The home stay ins under construction but that didn’t cause any issues during our stay.

The room was clean and nice

The motorbike that they rented us was quite bad and didn’t feel safe to ride (the engine sounded like it was going to stop any moment) and the helmets were kids helmets

The owner was super nice when he supported us replaced flat tires. The homestay was really close to the beach

Very easy check in, clean comfortable rooms with clean bathroom & a small balcony was nice, polite family, great location, walking distance from any restaurant you want or cafe & 20m walk to beach if that !

Didn't do food when it says it's a restaurant - no big deal just would have been nice

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. It was decorated nicely. We had a tv with Netflix which was nice. Quiet at night time.

No kettle in the room. There was a small hole in the wall near the ceiling that had been filled in with multiple disposable face masks. There seemed to be a restaurant but it wasn’t open when we asked for food at 1pm.

Fabulous location! Very clean, comfortable room. We appreciated the fan and air con! Family room very very spacious for our family of 4. Kind and friendly staff. We recommend staying here if in Mui Ne!

Big clean room and toilet

The AC blowing the cold air direct to sleeper's face while sleeping. Should be 10/10 if the host can find a more suitable place to put the AC

This facility was very clean and spacious in the dorms. It is across the street from the beach. I liked the privacy curtains on all the beds. The staff was very helpful. They helped to book an onward ticket and made sure I got on the correct bus. They have a new elevator so no stairs to climb. Mui Ne is spread over about 11km. A motorbike is very helpful and available for rent.

This place is just perfect, super clean, comfortable, especially for its money. Loved it!
