George was so helpful before and during the trip, answering all of our questions quickly and comprehensively. He provided a lovely welcome hamper on our arrival, helped us to arrange car hire and airport transfers, and even ordered a food delivery for us one evening when we decided to have a night at home! The villa is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The pool was a great size for the five of us and felt warm all of the time - which we don’t normally find when we are on holiday - so we spent hours in it! The villa is in a quiet suburban area with very few tourists, so feels like an authentic Greek experience. Ten minutes walk from the villa is a great Greek restaurant - frequented by locals every night so a good sign (bookings are recommended). There are also a number of local cafes, restaurants, shops and a supermarket within 20 minutes walk. It’s a great base from which to explore Rhodes Old Town and the southern parts of the island. We really enjoyed Lindos - plus Falaraki Water Park which far exceeded our expectations (it was so much fun!).

There is a bus service into Rhodes Old Town and beach, but it only comes once an hour, and even less frequently in the afternoons. It was fine once we worked out the timetable (which is not displayed) but we did have a very long wait one afternoon!! Furthermore the villa is quite hard for taxis to find. In the evenings, we got past this by telling drivers to head for ‘Jumbo’ superstore (which is just around the corner) and directing them from there. But calling a cab to collect us from the villa would have been trickier - although I absolutely know that George would have sorted this for us if we had asked him.

From the moment we arrived at Villa Iasama George made us feel welcome. We were encouraged to use and enjoy everything in the villa including the complementary bottles of wine, bread, milk and fruit which had been thoughtfully provided for us. The open layout downstairs is perfect for a large family and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The gardens and the pool area are beautiful and perfect for children to run around in. The quality of the furnishings right down to the sun beds around the pool are of a high standard. Although the villa is secluded there is plenty to do in the area including visiting the beaches and the old town, which is beautiful. All of the appliances are new and modern including washing machine, drier and dishwasher. If we needed anything extra George was on hand and always responded promptly. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return to Villa Iasama. Thank you George. 😊

First of all George the manager organized everything perfectly for us. For example It’s very difficult to get taxi but George had his own contacts. The house is amazing with a privat pool and beautiful garden. Air condition in the whole house makes it so satisfying coming inside after 33 degrees sun. Overall 10 of 10
