Es ist eine schön eingerichtete, qualitativ hochwertige Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Leider hat das Badezimmer bei unserer Ankuft stark nach Abfuss gerochen. Wir haben das Wasser etwas laufen lassen und der Geruch war dann auch wieder weg…

geräumig, sauber, gepflegt, ruhig, sehr gut ausgestattet. Mitten in der Altstadt, alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Diese Unterkunft kann ich sehr empfehlen.
Es gibt keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe, und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl.

Geweldige locatie in historisch stadscentrum. Brixen is prachtig. Een erg groot modern ingericht appartement, met heerlijke bedden, een walk-in closet, grote keuken, lekkere douche, en heel stil. Ook een heel fijne stille vloer (pvc). Je kan er niet direct bij parkeren, dus even een sjouw met de koffers. Maar op 1 minuut lopen (bij supermarkt Despar) kun je in- en uitladen, en de parkeergarage is dichtbij.
Er waren geen nachtlampjes bij het bed.

Appartamento super rinnovato, molto spazioso, centrale, silenzioso, attrezzato in tutto (bagno, cucina, soggiorno). Siamo rimasti veramente contenti!

• Kaffee, Handtücher,…. kann man sich direkt selbst nachholen wenn man noch mehr braucht

The room is bright and large and everything is clean
The floor drain in the restroom was broken, causing our entire group to have trouble showering. We could only shower one minute waiting for the water to finish leaking before the next minute. Contacted the hotel to fix it but no one came to fix it.

Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das schöne, große Bett sorgt für traumhaften Schlaf. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber!
Die Kommunikation funktioniert bestens. Ein großes Lob an ihre freundlichen Mitarbeiter! Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt für uns. Danke!

Spacious apartment, modernly renovated, centrally located. For me and 3 teens the apartment was perfect.
There is a restaurant on atrium of the house. It was very noisy till 1 o'clock of night. Because, there is not air conditioner in appartment, it was too hot inside (about 27) and we had to open the windows.

The location was fantastic, the self checkin was super easy and the apartments were very clean
The only slight issue we had was the building is old so in summer the high level apartment was very hot and there is no air con.

Lovely new and modern apartment right in the centre of the city. Excellent location! Apartment was super comfortable for our family - super comfy beds, great kitchen and lots of space. Easy to get in with door code. Brixen cards are great. Lots of great restaurants and shops right outside the door.
It was quite hot in the apartment - since there is no AC, some fans would be nice.

We’ll-equipped, modern apartment, clean and comfortable in fantastic location right in the centre of the old town.
It had over 28 degrees in the apartment and there was no fan or any means of cooling or creating some air flow. It wouldn’t even need to be air conditioning, but a simple fan would really have been appreciated!

Beautifully renovated and large appartment. Location in the middle of the old town was great. Check in process via the app was easy.
The appartment was on the top floor of the building and the inside temperature was 26 degrees. Too hot to sleep in so we opened the windows. Being in the city centre this unfortunately meant that all the sounds of the bar below kept us up.
