Room was good.

The hot water in the shower took ages to come through hot, and it went stone cold after awhile in the shower.

Very friendly and accommodating staff!! Clean n tidy, no traffic noise!!

Location, value for money, Chinese restaurant next door, microwave and kitchenette allowed us to have breakfast in room. Staff were excellent. View magnificent.

Our bathroom was not cleaned properly but the owner cleaned it herself as soon as she was alerted to 5he issue. Refunded accomodation cost for one night also.

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. Caroline was so friendly and helpful. She allowed us to use the washing machine & dryer free of charge as we were staying 5 nights. She even folded our clothes out of the industrial dryer! Beautiful views to the mountains from the yard, lovely sunsets. Chinese restaurant very convenient next door.

More bench space in the bathroom would be handy. A bigger fridge for long stays would also be handy. Apart from that, everything was terrific

Location. Room was quite big but over full of furniture

The shower was ridiculos, no shower curtain, no screen terribly uncomfortable to have a relaxing shower. EVERYTHING got wet. The noise of the plumbing, if someone next door used their shower or their toilet the noise was so loud we couldn't hear the TV.

Location was perfect for our needs, Owner was super friendly & informative, room was very clean & beds comfortable. Will stay again
