Hotel had a cool vibe, the room was much bigger than I was expecting, and it was very well equipped with a comfortable bed, big TV, generous bathroom (for New York hotel standards), and great quality housekeeping.

Los espacios comunes son maravillosos, se puede comer allí o pasar un buen rato. Personal amable y muy buen producto en la cafetería. El barrio es relativamente tranquilo, con muchos restaurantes y servicios, la estación de metro está justo al lado.

Baño pequeño, poca presión de agua, en el lavamanos prácticamente no salía agua fría.

Sauberkeit, Personal überhaupt nicht entgegenkommend; Badezimmer und Einrichtung katastrophal. Staubig, Steckdosen funktionierten nicht - sind nach der 2. Uebernachtung ausgecheckt und haben ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Ich warte immer noch auf eine Gutschrift. Kundendienst von booking.com war nicht hilfreich

Großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, sehr freundliches Personal und perfekte Lage. Man konnte sich 1x für 2 Stunden kostenlos Räder ausleihen und das Hotel hat auf jeder Etage Trinkwasserautomaten.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut und wenn man sie ausgeschaltet hat, hat man das Brummen der Klimaanlagen der umliegenden Häuser laut gehört - wir haben uns aber irgendwann dran gewöhnt.

The hotel has an excellent location if visiting NYC as you’re really close to most landmarks on Manhattan and especially Times Square, Central Park and MOMA. You can’t go wrong with staying in this hotel.

It was a bit too cold in the lobby, air conditioning could be lowered and I didn’t like the fact they use plastic cups for taking lemon water at breakfast, since it’s a hotel, I expected real glasses.

Hotel molt nou i net. Molt ben situat a pocs minuts de Times Square i Central Park. Amb una parada de metro a la cantonada. Molts restaurants i cafeteries a prop. La nostra habitació tenia 2 llits de matrimoni molt còmodes. Es pot menjar als halls el que hagis comprat fora de l'hotel. Molts clients ho fan. La nostra habitació donava al carrer de darrera i era molt silenciós. L'altra cosa que està bé és que al ser un edifici no gaire alt, els ascensors venen ràpid i has d'esperar poc.

Ens va agradar tot. Potser l'esmorzar pel preu que costa podria ser més complert o variat. I algun dia vam haver de recordar que erem 4 a l'habitació per les tovalloles.

It was close to Central Park, Broadway and other tourist attractions. It was very clean and the rooms are spacious.

An elevator was always broken daily which then made it long going up or down as working elevator was always full. Towels are not sized for everyone.

Struttura ristrutturata e nuova in posizione centrale, a 10 minuti da Central park e 5 minuti da Times Square . Di fronte trovi la metro, Dunkin donuts e starbucks! La grandezza della camera è eccellente rispetto agli standard di New York!

Nel bagno non trovi il bidet e il soffione doccia con tubo.

We were only here for a night. We arrived early, and did not expect a room until 4pm as indicated. They held our bags while we explored, and called around 2pm to tell us our room was available. The room was clean, and very large. The bed was comfortable. The location was exactly what we needed; right next to the Gershwin for our show, and attached to a subway station for getting up and down town. The cost was less than others in the area, and we would stay again for sure.

They gave me the room on the 9th floor that has horrible smell of mold. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the smell. The bathroom had a smell of garbage. I felt that I am sharing a tent with homeless people on the street. I paid 500$ per night, excuse me but cleanliness must be for such huge amount. Municipality should check this place for mold and bacteria. Don’t recommend to anyone stay there.

L'emplacement : le quartier des théâtres, Times Square et Central Park accessibles à pied. Une station de métro juste à côté. La décoration. La taille de la chambre. Le frigo dans la chambre. La télévision facile à connecter au téléphone.

La chambre attribuée à notre arrivée était une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite (peu de de meubles, chambre voisine communiquante, salle de bain spécifique). Le personnel n'a pas fait de difficulté pour nous attribuer une autre chambre le lendemain. À ce niveau de prix, une cafetière ou une bouilloire dans la chambre serait appréciable Le prix... mais tout Manhattan est dans le même cas.

The location was brilliant. So close to Central Park and the Art Galleries. I loved the friendly neighbourhood feel.

Checking in was easy and the desk clerks were friendly and made checking and check out easy. Liked the fact you had to show your key to get in late at night so felt safe. Location to the subway was close and Times Square and broadway easy walks. The room was beautiful and queen beds were comfy. The room maids were very helpful and glad to get us extra towels when needed. The overall experience was wonderful. Coffee and breakfast things were extra but were reasonable and good. Will definitely stay there again if can get to NY

Durante 1 semana funciono 1 solo ascensor de los 2 que hay, en esta categoría de hotel no puede funcionar 1 solo ascensor tanto tiempo. Todos los dias desayuné en el hotel y pague con tarjeta de DEBITO por cada consumo en la linea de caja. Cuando veo el resumen de la tarjeta de CREDITO me cargaron nuevamente los consumos!!!! (Es decir me cobraron en consumo 2 veces, espero que me lo resuelvan !!!)

Overall, this was a good place to stay in Manhattan. It was so close to Times Square and Broadway shows. It was stylish, clean, and the beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the free bike rentals. The price plus working AC, cleanliness and location can’t be beat.

One elevator was not working which meant long waits and taking the stairs at times with bad knees. Coffee in the room would have been very nice—the breakfast bar charged $5.00 for a cup of coffee—no latte—just drip coffee. That is outrageous when many hotels offer complimentary drip coffee—or at least coffee makers in the rooms. Our door squeaked very loudly when opened and I felt bad waking up other hotel guests after 9pm. The street noise woke us up at times, but I am not sure how much of that is within the hotel’s control. Overall in spite of these listed things, I would stay here again.

Needed a table to be able to eat while in the room

L’hotel dispone di camere spaziose e super pulite (io sono molto critica con la pulizia e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa). Il letto è davvero comodo, niente di meglio. Inoltre, la possibilità di avere ogni giorno due ore gratis di bici mi è sembrato un servizio super. La posizione poi è ottima!!!!

Non ho apprezzato la richiesta di pagare 700$ di deposito per eventuali danni della camera al nostro arrivo che poi sarebbero stati Comunque restituirti dopo il soggiorno (richiesta che non era stata accennata in nessuna mail o comunicazione precedente all’arrivo).
