You will feel like family when interacting with the owner, Ismail, and the staff especially Ibrahim. The kids loved the playground. Those small differences matter. Fantastic location between Rize and Ayder and near the rafting activities, with convenient proximity to RZV airport. Rooms are air conditioned with magnificent river view. You can get down in the river just beneath the place.

There was only one waste bin in our 2-story room, which was in the washroom. There should be at least three. Hot water stopped on our last morning, but I believe it was temporary. There was no appliances in the room such as a small fridge nor an iron.

1. The view is outstanding 2. The cleanliness of the suite 3. The size of the room. 4. The comfortable bed and sofa beds. 5. The yemeni guy working there was very helpful and responsive.

1. The sound insulation is very weak. We could hear the snoring of our neighbour and the coughing of the other neighbour literally. This must be addressed... 2. The owner should lower the acts and obsessiveness that made us feel quite uncomfortable..

The place is excellent, clean and spacious rooms, suitable for families, comfortable and quiet sleep, at the sound of the waterfall, the staff are very good and cheerful, you feel at home .

The view of hotel was wonderful as well as the staff. The hotel manager was dealing with me like my father. My daughter was sick and he took care to guide us to the hospital. I want to meet with him one day 👍. It also contains kids park they enjoyed playing around. The food of hotel was super super tasty 😋

The sound of steps can be heard.
