It’s cleanliness.

There was NO pool although the website advertised there was. The booking stated breakfast included but was only given a voucher that didn’t even cover an order of French toast with bacon and coffee. Highly disappointed for the price I paid to NoT be accommodated in the manner of most hotels.

We did not eat breakfast, but the location is wonderful if you have a family member or friend at Northeast Ga Hospital.

Location and aesthetics. Very well appointed rooms and common areas. Courteous bar/wait staff. Courteous check in. Great beds and quality linens.

The only negative comment I can add is in regard to traffic noise. I was somewhat surprised to hear traffic outside the building, expecting a new structure to have addressed this concern.

I didn't have breakfast but the location was great. The stay was exceptional.

Easy and convenient parking, nice bistro for breakfast, room was comfortable and well thought out for visitor’s comfort, shower was convenient for elderly or handicapped guests, bar convenient and outside plaza inviting when the weather cooperates, every staff member that we encountered was very personable.

No issues.
