Modern hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds and a large balcony. Great swimming pool lots of sun loungers and parasols. Couple of minutes walk to the nearest beach, shops and restaurants the strip goes on for a fair distance. The room had a safe, good aircon, and a mini bar (overpriced of course )

There is room for improvement with breakfast, rubbery fried eggs and bread left uncovered which got really dry with the hot breeze blowing straight through the breakfast area.

Everything was completely brand new, the structure and the rooms. It was carefully designed and welcoming. The AC was silent. The staff were so helpful and kind, the room service was perfect, and in general everything was great. The hotel is in Kardamena, a tranquil beachside small town, outside of nightlife area

Sometimes music was a little bit too loud, but as long as you close the bathroom door you wont hear anything so at the end its not too much of a problem.

The size, comfort, cleanliness and decor of the rooms were superb. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and service at the bar was superb too. Sheets/towels changed every day. All in all a great destination, and I would stay there again next time.

The only minor issues for us were the music at the pool/bar area, and the insistence to change towels every day. We tried to ask to not have them changed every day (environmental concerns) but was unsuccessful and just gave up :) The music at the bar area starts right after breakfast, and continues until late (22:00 or more). This may be a plus for those looking for some excitement/fun, but after a long day in the heat/beach or traveling the island, you might want to get some peace and quiet too (like us) :)

Nice staff. Perfectly cleaned. We got new towels every day. Near the sandy beach. A nice walk to the city center and to the port. Breakfast was very good. We had room with sea views, but we saw the construction.

There was loud music playing by the pool every day. It is party hotel.

We’ve just returned from a 9 day stay at the Nicolas Grand Suites which was amazing. This is a new venture in a completely renovated property a short walk from everything Kardamena has to offer. We had a top floor sea view suite with huge balcony which was amazing. The suite was beautifully laid out with TV’s in both lounge and bedroom and separate AC unit’s so you could be totally comfortable wherever you were. TV’s had both Netflix and Amazon Prime apps so you could log into your own account and watch if you so wished. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and bedding of a high quality. The staff are incredible – we arrived late so overslept for breakfast on our first morning, so the restaurant staff brought us a selection from the buffet to our room – which was such a lovely thoughtful gesture. Thank you Thanos! Breakfast buffet was abundant, delicious and super fresh. The pool area is super stylish with enough beds for every guest and attentive and friendly barman Ilias. Big shout out to Alex who made our stay so memorable and the lovely friendly smile of Stefania and Thanos everyday on reception!!

Can't think of anything I didn't like. It would have been nice to have had a couple of English TV channel but not the end of the world that we didn't!!
