The place was verry clean, and has been recently renovated.
Was all verry good. The bed could be a little more confortable and also I would liked to have a mirror in the room, but overall was all verry good.

The owners are awesome. The room was very clean and the sea view was beautiful. There is a bar 1 minute walking and a taverna around 2 minutes walking. The city centre is a few minutes away with the car. There you can do boat trips to Drenia Island (and more trips). For sure when we will come back around, we will stay at you. Thank you and hope to see you soon!

The apartment was spacious, clean and there was even a kitchen. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The location is 15 mins walk from the center of the city.

Nice room with a beautiful view of the sea. Nice host.
Although the place was quiet at night, construction works were going on from 7am until 3pm every day including on Saturday. We were one wall apart from all the hammering and other wild noises. Near the property there were other construction sites, so the noise was coming from all directions. Maybe this is not a big deal for someone who gets up early anyway, but for me, being woken at 7am by hammers almost on my head is not the idea of holiday peace and quiet. We urged our host to tell the workers to stop at 3pm as the law in Greece requires and he did so. Otherwise the hammering would have continued for who knows how long.

The owners,amazing persons. Hospitality at high level! Very budget-friendly price.Everything new there ,the view-heavenly! A lot of places to visit nearby. I highly recommend,and for my next and future holidays,I will choose this location with no doubts!!

I spent a magical time at the Viva Hotel.
The property:
- is located in a quiet area with a direct view to the sea.
-is composed of large and bright rooms, comfortable beds, a huge balcony from where you can enjoy the infinite sea and nearby islands with an eye-blink.
-the advantage of using the kitchen facilities, including the furniture, fridge,
water warmer, cooking pots.
-is very close to the beach, less then 3 min walk to get access to the water, sunny, sandy beach.
- friendly owners and respectful staff ready to provide any help and guidance regarding the surrounding visiting area
-parking space available at the location
-access to the restaurant and convenient shop in less than a 2 min walk.
I really recommend it!!!
