Beautiful hotel, flowers in All areas. Staff was superb. Two very minor issue - no fan for toilet area, hot water in shower takes a bit. Doesn’t distract from my overall rating. Easily a come back recommendation

The door guys were fun and very helpful and that helped to make me feel more comfortable.

Everything was perfect except the fire alarm went off at 7am,15 minutes later they announced that it was a false alarm No apologies or explanations were offered

Not sure I've ever stayed in a more fine and elegant hotel. From the super friendly, professional staff, to the immaculate and beautiful appointments, the Raffles beats them all. I could not believe the service - the very highest standard, where every single person makes you feel welcome, and wants your stay to be the best ever. Turn down service with hand made sweets, wonderful fitness room, Long Bar, where I was able to have coffee with colleagues in town. It was all amazing.

My stay was lovely. In ordering a cheese plate to await my arrival, a friend alerted the staff that it was my birthday. When I entered my very handsome room, a gorgeous little chocolate bday cake, under domed glass, sat waiting for me. Otherwise, the staff was incredibly attentive, the speakeasy was fun for a delicious cocktail, and the overall atmosphere was one of restrained indulgence. The place doesn’t feel ostentatious. Its elegance was much more understated. I loved it

Amazingly comfortable in all you can think of.

Very good service. Furniture in all areas and the room is low and petite. Not comfortable. Bedding is comfortable. Food on Long Bar was well prepared. However presentation is pedestrian. Ordered Avacado Toast. Tasty, but arrived on a small plate. No garnish, no fruit etc. overall good stay.

Can only say wonderful things about this fabulous hotel! The Blind Duck speakeasy is not to be missed, the rooms are thoughtful and stylish, bathrooms equipped with Guerlain products, and the best thing of all has to be the exceptional staff! The staff can’t do enough for you and all have super personalities! Great location too! Will return, and will recommend ❤️

It took over 10 minutes to check in because two credit card machines in a row didn’t work. My room was not cleaned while I was out from 9a to 3:30p so I came back to a dirty room. Note- I did not have my do not disturb light on. Then when they agreed to come clean it at 4:30, they showed up at 4:05 when I was still in the room trying to rest. Finally, the pool was very substandard for a 5 start hotel/ it was more like a 2-star residence inn. The whole area wreaked of chlorine and it didn’t have any of the ambiance or sleek look one would expect at a top and expensive property. Any new pool should have saline as part of it which eliminates the chlorine smell and should have more money put into the building of the pool and hot tub itself. Very disappointing as a pool for my kids to use was a big reason I chose the hotel. Finally one of the lights in my room kept flickering when it was on. The staff were friendly if over-solicitous. This was a really disappointing stay.

Great property. The heating system was too noisy though.

This Hotel is all about service in an ultra cured design environment, bar resto and lounge are a vibe.

Beautiful luxurious hotel with incredible staff and amazing amenities

From arrival to departure, our visit to Raffles was amazing in every regard. The butler service team was amazing, our dining experiences were fabulous, and the room was impeccable designed and perfectly stocked with all sorts of goodies during our visit. We will definitely return here the next time we get to Boston!

This was an awesome experience! The welcome/checkin process was smooth and filled with warm drinks and smiles. The butler service that Michael provided was above and beyond and made me feel like a queen. The decor is gorgeous and the Blind Duck was a gem. There are only a few things that detracted from my experience. One, there was a cup in the bar in my room that had white powder caked to the bottom. Not a problem as there was more than enough cups/glasses that were clean (as was everything else!). Second, I was awaken at 5:30ish in the morning by a fire alarm and walked down 12 flights of stairs to find out this was a false alarm. Don’t get me wrong, I’d rather not die in a fire, but since this was my only night and I had a late check in I felt like I was unable to take advantage of the hotel’s amenities and was unable to sleep in as I would have hoped/liked to. Again, I understand that safety comes first, but did feel like my stay was tainted by the early morning freak out and trudge down 12 flights of stairs, due to a false alarm. Overall, I would love to stay here again and despite the hefty price I enjoyed the hotel.

Service was anticipatory and refined. Since it’s a new property, the good service will probably come with more polish as the staff becomes more experienced.

A hotel that has seen better days. Room and bathroom appeared to be in need of a makeover. Hairdryer only on request, WiFi only available in the reception area.

impossible to find an entrance. the only marker is a small 100 year old bronze marker. a sign would have been nice. rooms were dingy and badly in need of an upgrade. 1960 bathroom fixtures, 5 year old paint .tv stand was broken down hinges missing, exposed wiring etc. either the owners are broke or don't care

Very old hotel . Bathroom are a disaster and furnirture is run down. No WiFi in the rooms .

Rooms were clean. No bedbugs found. Bed was comfy. Rooms could use some remodeling and updating but it was a good price for they stay. Convenient to Copley area and other sites.

Hotel was nice and clean and good location, but when you write "wifi" in the description of the hotel I expect there to be wifi available in the room and not just in the lobby. This was super annoying that I had to go all the way down to the lobby to go online.
