Our large family had an enjoyable stay at this property. The location was great and the property management was extremely helpful in finalizing our reservation. You could tell the cottage had improvements made in the kitchen and den areas but it really does need some maintenance/upkeep in some of the other areas of the property. There was a great deal unfinished and it needs some attention to details. Despite this, it was clean and welcoming. Again, the location was very good and the property management company was very helpful in the period leading up to our stay.

We had a relaxing long weekend at Margaritaville. Margaritaville is located on a quiet street with easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants, shopping and more. We enjoyed our days in the pool and our evenings in the hot tub. There was a even a peek of an ocean view from the living room! Would definitely recommend and would love to return in the future!

We arrived during a tropical storm and i feel like because of that the pool was very dirty. Hot tub was nice and clean. Wish they would have had a vacuum inside the pool so we could have enjoyed a swim after the beach and hot tub but oh well. Overall it was just as described. Bring sheets and toilet paper. Also bring towels and washcloths. House has everything else you need.

Really enjoyed our stay in Margaritaville! Very close to the beach and such a relaxing stay. I'd definitely stay here again in the future if I'm around again!
