The only issues was that there no iron, the ironing board was broken. Also there was no wash cloths i had go out ti purchase some for my family

The house was beautiful. The neighbors did say we were being loud and threatening to “call the sheriff “, mind you it was just kids playing pool in the garage/game room laughing at 9:30pm. I was advised to ask when “quiet hours are” to which the security said there aren’t any, and I let her know it’s my kids laughing, and she said we’re ok. Additionally the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned and the grounds that were in the coffee machine were molded. They offered to send house keeping, which is great, but we decided to purchase a cheap coffee machine. Overall a great stay, big house. Just STRICT. We felt like we couldn’t even talk for fear of people complaining of disturbance. There were several other properties with kiddos laughing and playing and swimming on the other properties, and we could hear them, but we didn’t mind. It was disappointing to be on vacation and feel like we had to whisper.

Absolutely gorgeous home. As described. We decided to travel to both sides of Florida during our visit to see Clearwater Beach and Cocoa Beach. Our family enjoyed the game room and my children (4, 6, and 14) loved the pool and were in it every day. Walmart and Winn Dixie are close by for shopping as well as plenty of restaurants if you're not up to cooking.

Overall great place to stay with large group. Beds were comfortable they had pretty much everything you need. Gave neighborhood a four due to HOA. This was my first stay at a house in HOA community. A little strict for my liking. Host was awesome answered right away and was very helpful.

Property and space was perfect for scrapbooking. Only down size was the pool was not working due to weather issues outside the control of the property manager.

This home accommodated our group of 6 adults very comfortably. Well laid out, lots of room to gather together or find some quiet time. Pool area offers both sun and shade and is very private. We would return.
