We had such a great time at this home! The beach is a 10 minute walk or just a short drive, the pool is gorgeous! If there is one thing I would change it would be for a heated pool; everything else was perfect!!!!

Truly ideal in every way. So many small details that really make this house ideal. The master suite is private and spacious w/ great view of pool, bathroom/shower off the pool is so great, pool layout is perfect, huge pantry, tons of beach stuff and garage games, location is bonkers close to the beach, open kitchen to living space so it has a very communal vibe.
The extra bed and convertible sofa was awesome.
Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

We have stayed at many wonderful condos and houses when we vacation in Florida, but the Cosmic Cabana was absolutely the best! We had our 3 grown sons and their girlfriends with us and we had plenty of space. The master bedroom was awesome - the doors to the pool were an added bonus. The bathroom accessible to the pool area is such a great feature. The entire home was spotless, beautifully decorated and well maintained. It truly felt like we were home on our vacation! The beach accessories and beach wagon were used everyday and it was great to not have to travel with all that stuff or buy/rent it while at the beach. The house is a short walk to the beach. There are great restaurants and bars within walking distance which was also fabulous. We usually eat dinner in most nights and enjoy cooking together - the kitchen was very well stocked with good quality pots, pans, knives, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc. Taylor at Stay at Cocoa Beach was very responsive. We will DEFINITELY be back to the Cosmic Cabana and we have already recommended Stay at Cocoa Beach and this house to a ton of people! Seriously, all of us are still talking about how this trip was the best beach trip ever because of the house, the pool and, of course, the beach!

The house was perfect! There were 8 in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was icing on top. We were in the pool every second we were not at the softball fields. Property managers were very responsive and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Great neighborhood, quick drive or walk to the beach. Awesome restaurants around. Will definitely book with again when we come back to Cocoa Beach.
